近幾年來有鑑於知識數位化管理所帶來的龐大資訊效益,各企業組織無不重視知識管理的重要性,因為企業的營收成長與產線各領域的專業知識運用有著緊密的關係,因此知識管理儼然成為現今企業組織成長茁壯為國際企業不可缺少的一環。強化利用專業的系統規劃、便利的互動過程、流通的資訊管理系統能加速產能的提昇,是各企業最有價值的資產。 知識管理系統(Knowledge Management System)的導入大多從企業管理方面著手,本研究主要在探討文管中心導入知識管理系統之效益。以個案公司為例,先前尚未導入知識管理系統時,文管中心分發技術知識文件,皆以MAIL的方式分發公告,因此導致知識文件存取位置沒有統一而產生調閱、查詢困難及文件受限於傳送容量的大小問題等。 本研究利用該公司先前未導入使用的知識管理系統進行修改,以符合此個案公司所適用的知識管理系統。再藉由知識管理系統導入後進行廠內各相關單位問卷調查,以探討在知識管理系統導入前後的使用差異、持續使用的意願及滿意度,判斷知識管理系統的導入是否成功,及符合各相關單位於使用上的需求,能讓此系統有效地持續使用,已達成該公司之管理目標。 本研究導入知識管理系統後之效能評估,顯現出組織同仁對於知識技術文件利用系統可快速查閱及資料統一整合,達到技術資源共享與快速查閱之目的。此外,年度知識技術文件績效關鍵指標KPI(Key Performance Index)由1000件為目標達成為1427件,與原先訂定高出43%。以提高使用者持續使用的意願,達到提昇企業競爭力的目標。
For the sake of huge information benefits brought by Digital knowledge management in newly years, All cooperations emphasized on the importance of knowledge management since it was highly related to the sales growth and application of professional knowledge of all fields in the production line. Therefore, knowledge management appears to be the key point when cooperation grows up into global enterprise in nowadays. Knowledge Management System was introduced by the undertaking of cooperation administration. This research was mainly a discussion of the benefits gained from Knowledge Management System was introduced to Document Center. For single company as an example, in the previous time, Document Center released technical information documents by E-mail, and caused the difficulties of reading and search, and size limitation of being sending documents consequently. This research was done by Knowledge Management System which is modified from the old system to fit in with this company’s document system. Using questionnaires survey through out all the related departments in this factory to know the difference between phasing in and non phasing in, the willing and satisfaction of constantly using this system, to judge whether phase in KMS succeed or not, to meet the requests in application among all the related departments and to keep this system working smoothly in a effective to achieve the management goal of this company. This research adopts the efficiency evaluation after KMS was phased in. It shows colleagues could read technique documents in a fast way; information was highly integrated, and achieves the goal of technique sharing and fast read purpose. Besides, yearly technique document KPI was turned to 1427 from 1000, which was 43% higher than the target. Improve the willingness of constantly use from users to achieve the goal of raising cooperation competitiveness.
