以RIA 為基礎的Java 程式線上視覺化合作學習 系統

摘要


本研究宗旨在於建立一個適合初學者的線上視覺化合作學習系統,以幫助 Java 初學者踏入程式撰寫領域。程式和演算法是難教和難學的科目,因此需要視 覺化軟體來將程式和演算法的執行過程顯示出來,藉此幫助這些科目的教與學。 本研究所研發之系統是應用RIA 技術,使用者在執行時不需再進行複雜的環境 設定,並在系統上加入合作學習,讓學習者在這學習環境中達到人機互動的效 果,長久以來,程式的學習常讓初學者感覺不易學習,在Java 程式視覺化的引 導下,初學者能了解程式運作概念,並了解這段程式碼的意義,以累積撰寫程式 之基礎。 本研究之受試樣本為中原大學資管系學生,共有20 位人員參與實驗,實驗 進行的流程為:進行實驗前先進行前測,之後依照成績平均分成兩組實驗組以及 對照組,其中10 位人員分派到實驗組使用本研究的系統進行學習,另外10 位人 員為對照組接受傳統的教室學習,在學習完成後一同進行後測。利用T 檢定得出 的結果使用Java 視覺化合作學習系統的學習者在Java 課程上的學習成效優於接 受傳統教學的對照組。亦即使用本系統有助於提升學習者的Java 程式運作概念。 系統使用意見之調查結果分析,整體顯示學習者覺得視覺化對學習與現有課程連 接上是有幫助的,學習者覺得討論區的互動性所提供的合作學習環境是有有助於 學習。

The purpose of this Research is to set up a Visualization Online Cooperative Learning System, and also lies in helping Java beginners the study of Java Programming . The Programming and Algorithm of performing are hard to learn and teach, therefore we need software of Visualization implementation process, to support the learning and teaching of these subjects. System that research institute employ RIA technology, users don`t need to carry on complicated environment set up while carrying out. And join cooperation to study in the system, let the learners of the whole academic environment reach the man-machine interdynamic result, the beginners always feel the learning of the procedure has been difficult, procedure content of vision let the beginners understand the operation of Java, accumulate the foundation of procedure writing. The target population, students from Chung Yuan University, consists of 20 people. The experimental procedure is: do the pre-test first, then according to the results divide them into two groups-experimental group and control group. And assign half of the students to study with of the system, the other half to take their lessons in the traditional classroom. Afterward do a post test together after the program. According to the T Test of the result suggests that the learning effect of the learners studying with the system is superior to the control group in the traditional classroom. That means the system helps to advance learners' comprehension about Java program. Opinion survey shows learners think visualization is helpful for learning and provide a link to the current curriculum, the learners also think the interactive learning provided in discussion forum is helpful.
