國中生自我概念、社會支持與運動涉入關係之研究-以桃園市為例

A Study on the Relationship among Junior High School Students’ Self-Concept, Social Support and Sport Involvement: Taoyuan City as an Example

摘要


本研究旨在探討桃園市公立國中生自我概念、社會支持與運動涉入之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異、相關、預測情形、中介效果,並瞭解三者因果關係。本研究採取之研究方法為問卷調查法,以107學年度桃園是60所公立國中,共57,963位普通班學生作為本研究母群體,抽取963位學生做為研究樣本,以「國中生自我概念、社會支持與運動涉入問卷」為研究工具實施調查。資料處理以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關、多元迴歸分析法、SEM結構方程式等統計方式進行資料分析。   本研究結果歸納如下: 一、桃園市公立國中生自我概念、社會支持與運動涉入之現況良好。 二、不同背景變項之受試者對自我概念、社會支持與運動涉入知覺有所差異。 三、自我概念與社會支持呈現中度正相關;自我概念與運動涉入呈現中度正相關;社會支持與運動涉入呈現低度正相關。 四、自我概念、社會支持對運動涉入具有正向預測力。 五、自我概念、社會支持與運動涉入三者之間,社會支持對自我概念與運動涉入具有中介效果。   最後,本研究依據上述結果,提出相關建議,俾供教育行政機關、學校、教師,以及後續研究者參考。

This research aimed to explore the current situation, different background variables, correlations, forecast and intermediary effect among students’ Self-Concept, Social Support and Sport Involvement of public junior high schools students in Taoyuan City. The method, involving the questionnaire survey was survey research. The approach in this study adopted questionnaires and used stratified random sampling to investigate 963 samples from 60 public junior high schools in Taoyuan City. Data were analyzed by the statistical methods of independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression and SEM. The results can be concluded as follows: 1.Self-Concept, social support and sport involvement perceived by the students from public junior high schools in Taoyuan City are significantly above theoretical average. 2.Students with different background variables have significantly different perception in self-concept, social support and sport involvement. 3.There is a moderate correlation between every two variables of self-concept, social support and sport involvement. 4.Self-concept and social support have minor prediction toward sport involvement. 5.Social support is a mediator variable between self-concept and sport involvement. Finally, the study will offer suggestions for the educational administrations, junior high schools, teachers and future researchers.
