住宅衛浴空間的使用行為分析 以環境心理觀點

摘要


摘要 衛浴空間的使用,為人們日常生活中所不可或缺的行為之一。空間中的使用,習慣與心理,與空間環境習習相關,主計處2012年的統計資料顯示民國99年平均每一戶每一個人平均使用衛浴間數為0.5間/人,而一個人從建立家庭到由年情步入老年,這中間至少經過30-40年,一間衛浴空間從建構好到下一次的整修,可能要經歷十幾二十年,而一間舒適令人滿意的衛浴空間不僅可以滿足一個人的基本需求外,心理上可以抒壓,思考,沉澱,在空間中實現自我,在一個屬於自己的空間裡成長、療癒心靈,甚至藉由思考與創造,更佳發揮自我的價值。 本研究從衛浴空間的空間、設備與使用心理等方面,從使用者與空間上依據1.不同性別的使用者與設計師做案例一對一訪,藉由不同衛浴空間的配置類型作探討。2.根據對使用者家衛浴空間衛浴環境的觀察記錄,訪談內容與現場環境呈現的問題與表達了解問題,從蒐集有關環境心理與設計心理學,尺度與人體工學等的文獻資料與案例分析與綜合討論找出使用與心理上的關聯性 研究中發現,在使用者的部分(1)在小空間的使用者對與基本生理需求問題的解決大過於對空間質感,需要先解決基本需求才能進而追求心靈,心理上的滿足,而男性認為實際面的要求(例如耐用、管線維護等)比其他抽象的感覺(美感,氣氛)來的重要。(2)使用者對於設備的維修管理與清潔維護的需求勝於滿足實用性後的其他美感要求,(3)設計師在規劃設計時必須先從訪談與現場發現問題,進而了解使用者需求,先解決發生(發現)的問題,才能進一步滿足需求實現理想。 (4)四件式衛浴空間較能凸顯使用者的心理需求,並且讓使用者展現自我特質與獲得心理需求上更高層次的滿足。

Abstract The use of bathroom is one of indispensable behaviors in people’s daily life. Usage, habit and psychology in the space are closely related to spatial environment. According to statistical data issued by Accounting and Statistics Office in 2012, the average use of bathroom number per person each household in 2010 showed 0.5 room/person; a person may take at least 30-40 years from setting up a family in youth to old age, meaning a bathroom could go through a dozen year or two decades from the initial construction to the next renovation. A comfortable and desirable bathroom can not only satisfy a person’s primary needs, but also de-stress, think deeply, let mind rest and self-realize in this space; it can make you grow, heal your mind in your own space and even develop self-value through thinking and creation. For user and space from the aspects of bathroom, equipment and use psychology, this study is to explore configuration type of different bathroom based on: 1. one to one interview as an example for user and designer of different gender; find out the correlation between bathroom use and psychology by collecting document literature and examples analysis as well as general discussion for the relevant environment psychology and design psychology, scale and human engineering based on: 2. observation record for user’s household bathroom and bathroom environment, interview contents and problem presentation on site environment as well as the expression of understanding. The findings showed (1) the user in small space requires solving primary needs more than space quality; compared to the pursuit of the mind and psychological satisfaction, the solution of primary needs shall prevail. Male may think practical needs (e.g. durable, pipeline maintenance, etc.) are more important than other abstract feelings (aesthetic feeling, atmosphere); (2) Compared to other aesthetic feelings after meeting practicability, user’s needs for maintenance management and cleaning and maintenance of equipment shall prevail; (3) When planning and design, designer must find the problems from the interview and the scene to further understand user needs. Solve (find out) problems at first before satisfying needs and achieving the ideal; (4) Four-piece bathroom can highlight user’s psychological need much more, making user show inner selves and obtaining higher level satisfaction on psychological needs.
