桃園市私立高中職教師對108課程綱要實施意見之研究

A Study on Private Senior High Schools' s Teacher Participating in 108 Curriculum Guidelines Implementation Opinion Investigation -Taking Taoyuan City as an Example

摘要


本研究旨在瞭解桃園市私立高中職教師對108課程綱要實施的意見,分析不同背景變項的教師對於108課程綱要改革的看法差異情形及其工作態度、生涯規劃的轉變。 本研究採用問卷調查法作為研究方法,以桃園市107學年度私立高中職教師共計2,022人作為調查對象,使用自編之「桃園市私立高中職教師對108課程綱要實施意見調查問卷」為研究工具實施調查。透過「分層比例便利抽樣」自16所私立高中職抽取1000位教師為研究樣本,回收有效問卷860份,有效回收率為86.00%。將問卷所得資料以統計軟體SPSS 22.0 for Windows進行處理,透過描述統計、t考驗及F考驗分析等統計方法進行分析,獲得以下研究結論: 1.桃園市私立高中職教師對108課程綱要改革政策認知程度為中度偏高 2.桃園市私立高中職教師對108課程綱要改革政策認同為中度偏低 3.桃園市私立高中職教師對108課程綱要改革學校配套為中度偏高 4.桃園市私立高中職教師對108課程綱要改革,改變其個人因應之意願中度偏高

The main purpose of the present study is to understand the Private Senior High Schools’s Teachers’ opinions toward the 108 curriculum guidelines implementation in Taoyuan City and to analyze the different background variables of the teachers’ opinions toward the reform of the guidelines and the changes of their working attitudes and career planning. The present study adopts questionnaire as survey method and takes 2,022 teachers of Taoyuan private senior high schools of 2018 school year to be the survey respondents, using self-edited “The Questionnaire Survey on the Private Senior High Schools’s Teachers’ Opinions toward the 108 Curriculum Guidelines Implementation Taking Taoyuan City as an Example” as the tool to practice the survey. Through “Stratifies Proportionate Convenience Sampling”, choose 1000 teachers from 16 private senior high schools and vocational high schools to be the survey samples. Regaining 860 valid questionnaires and the regaining rate is 86.00%. The information collected from the questionnaire is processed with the statistical software SPSS 22.0 for Windows. Through descriptive statistics, t-test and f-test analysis to analyze and obtain the following study results: 1.The understanding degree for the Private Senior High Schools’s Teachers in Taoyuan City toward the 108 Curriculum Guidelines Reformation Policy is median to high level. 2.The agreement is median to low level for the Private Senior High Schools’s Teachers in Taoyuan City toward the 108 Curriculum Guidelines Reformation Policy. 3.The school complementary measures are median to high level for the Private Senior High Schools’s Teachers in Taoyuan City toward the 108 Curriculum Guidelines Reformation Policy. 4.The willingness to change their coping strategies of career is median to high level for the Private Senior High Schools’s Teachers in Taoyuan City toward the 108 Curriculum Guidelines Reformation Policy.
