內噪音在一維調控模型的效應

摘要


我們研究內噪音對於雙穩態的一維調控模型的影響。尤其是內噪音所導致的雙穩態之間的轉換,可以平均首次穿越時間為定量的敘述。我們的計算顯示轉換的時間基本上可以用阿瑞尼斯(Arrhenius) 方程式來描述:第一,轉換時間MFPT隨著位能障的高度增加而增加,呈現正比關係。第二,等校前因子A隨著位能井的陡峭而變大。所以,雙穩態調控網路由於有著內噪音的作用,可以做為轉換器來使用。轉換時間的長短,則可以藉由改變調控網路的參數來達成。

We study the effect of the internal randomness on the one-dimensional bistable regulation system. We calculate numerically the mean first passage time (MFPT) which is used to describe the switch time between two stable states. The numerical results is consistent with the description given by Arrhenius equation:The MFPT is proportional to the height of the potential barrier, and the prefactor of Arrhenius equation is proportional to the slope of the reflecting potential well. Thus, the bistable regulation system can be used as a switch, we can change the parameter of the regulation system to adjust the switch time.
