三胜肽在化妝品抗氧化反應上之研究

摘要


此實驗以天門氡醯氨酸(Asparagine)、組氨酸(Histidine)與精氨酸(Arginine)進行合成,得到具新序列的三胜肽。再藉由研究其清除DPPH自由基、ABTS陽離子自由基與超氧陰離子的能力及螯合銅離子與抑制蕈菇酪胺酸脢活性能力等5個實驗驗證此胜肽功效。將針對皮膚的美白與抗氧化問題進行探討,以了解其在妝品業可能之應用。

Reaction of asparagine, histidine and arginine afforded a peptide with a new sequence. Its efficacy was verified by the investigations of the abilities to scavenge DPPH free radicals, ABTS cation free radicals and superoxide anions. Moreover, the ability to chelate copper ions and the activity of inhibiting mushroom tyrosine were aslo demonstrated. This thesis focuses on the applications of this peptide in skin whitening and antioxidant which are important in the cosmetics industry.
