過去十餘年,全球化及經濟緊縮帶來企業間競爭不斷加劇,面對市場快速多變,不只對企業發展帶來影響,也造成人民生活上的不安定感,於是各企業紛紛探討與追求變革,如此演變下,我們希望能夠知曉其中的成功要素,為此,本研究探討在企業推動精實管理,其基層主管應具備何種關鍵特質,期盼研究成果能為企業帶來助力。 本研究應用決策實驗室法與網路分析程序法確定基層主管之關鍵條件,並且依據關鍵因素繪製出網絡圖,瞭解影響關聯性及重要程度。 根據研究結果,專家認知之基層主管關鍵準則為『變革型領導』、『參與式領導』、『職務知識』、『持續改進』、『教導能力』、『目標明確』及『傳授經驗』,其中主管若具備『變革型領導』之特質,則向外影響其他關鍵因素;最後,本文依據研究結果提供後續研究者及企業具體之建議。
Over the past decade, globalization and economic austerity have intensified competition among enterprises. Facing the rapid and ever-changing market, it has not only affected the development of enterprises, but also caused a sense of insecurity in people's lives. Therefore, various enterprises have explored the change. In this situation, we all look forward to knowing the key elements of success. To this end, this study explores the key characteristics of supervisors in the process of promoting Lean manufacturing, and hopes that the research results can bring help. This paper applies the decision-making laboratory method and the network analysis program method to determine the key factors of supervisors’ characteristics, and draws a network diagram based on key factors to understand the impact and importance. According to the research results, the key qualifications for the supervisors are “Transformational Leadership”, “Participative Leadership”, “Job Knowledge”, “Continuous Improvement”, “Teaching Ability”, “Target Clear” and “Transfer Experience”. If the supervisor has the characteristic of “Transformational Leadership”, it will affect other key factors. Finally, this paper provides follow-up researchers and specific recommendations based on the research results.
