對膝關節而言,前十字韌帶斷裂是相當常見的傷害[賴],因為其發生機率較大,所以特別引人注意。但由於單純的韌帶縫合癒合不好,且癒合後或有強度問題,因此目前開刀的方法是取移植物,作前十字韌帶重健手術。而副韌帶位於膝關節兩側,各有一條副韌帶,分別稱為外側副韌帶(MCL)及內側副韌帶(LCL),本篇所模擬的術式為內側副韌帶,當側韌帶是完全的撕毀或無法癒合,就可能需要動手術。 本論文提出各組織同質面的操作方法,來完成模擬前十字韌帶、後十字韌帶以及內側副韌帶三種復原術式,希望先在電腦程式環境下模擬,幫助醫生在手術計畫擬定、驗證、手術練習與教學有更多可以參考的資料。
