骨磨手術可做細緻的切削或磨亮骨頭及關節,且已經廣泛的使用在外科、上頜骨、耳鼻喉科和頭骨部分。骨磨手術通常結合多種手術程序如切割、復位和癒合解剖的結構。本文章提出一結合外科程序的容積操作演算法對於非變形的解剖結構作模擬組織鑽磨。本論文的描述容積表示,在每一個容積素上使用面碼旗標和距離階值來表示表面的拓樸和幾何結構。利用3D種子繁衍演算法來辨識分離的解剖結構,以便可以對解剖結構做移動和移除等動作。
Burring surgery is widely used in orthopedic, oral and maxillofacial, ENT and skull departments to delicately cut or polish bones, joints or other tissues. A burring operation usually combines many surgery procedures such as section, reposition and fusing an anatomic structure. This article presents a set of volume manipulation algorithms to simulate tissue burring combined with the surgical procedures for non-deformed anatomic structures. This study describes a volume representation in which face flags and distance-levels on each voxel represent surface topology and geometry, and an object flag indentifies solids. Using a efficient 3D seed and flood algorithm to recognize separate anatomic structures.As the result,we can reposition and remove of the structure.
