全球知識經濟時代來臨,學習與休憩結合,觀光工廠的設立成為一種趨勢。觀光工廠具有活化企業、延伸製造業至服務業之特色,除了提供大眾一項新的休閒娛樂選擇,更帶給企業一個新的契機,讓許多品牌紛紛跟進。本設計論文與台中大甲糕餅品牌「裕珍馨」合作,期能達到以下之目的: 1.透過「觀光工廠」文獻探討,整理觀光工廠的定義及機能需求。 2.透過文獻之架構分析案例,了解案例如何提供體驗及展示內容,實踐於設計中。 3.探討裕珍馨品牌及其地方元素,設定合適之展示內容,構思與品牌文化相符的空間概念及體驗形式。 4.綜合以上結論運用於規劃設計的提案。 利用體驗文獻架構分析案例,發現案例是藉由展示方法、活動設計及空間形塑提供豐富的體驗環境;而於品牌探討後,結合觀光工廠機能特性,導出「廟埕」作為空間概念發想。整合以上結果,應用於規劃設計中,以移動式設計、造型設計、材質選擇表現概念並增添體驗的形式。經過反覆檢討,於第五章以圖面及模型表現設計提案,盼此觀光工廠能結合在地文化元素,提供來訪者豐富的體驗及深刻的印象。
With the coming of the knowledge economy era, tourism factory combined learning and entertainment became a trend. Tourism factory has functions of activating enterprise and extending manufacturing industry into service industry. It not only provides new option for public entertainment, but also brings new opportunity for enterprise as well as brands to follow up. The design essay cooperates with Yu Jan Shin - A Taichung Dajia Confectionery Brand and intends to achieve targets as follows: 1.Sort the definition and functional requirements of tourism factory through literature discussion. 2.Understand how the case provides experience and displays contents in cases to carry out in design through case analysis of literature structures. 3.Discuss Yu Jan Shin Brand and its local elements, set appropriate exhibition content and conceive spatial concept and experience forms in accordance with brand culture. 4.Sum up the conclusions above and apply for proposal of planning and design. By using the structure of experience literature to analyze case, we found that the case provides diverse experience environment through display method, activity design and spatial shaping. After the discussion of brands, we combined functions and features of tourism factory to derive ‘temple plaza’ as spatial concept for imagination. After integrating conclusions above, the concepts presented through mobile design, style design, material selection and additional experience forms are applied in planning and design. Via iterative examination and discussion, the design proposal is displayed in Chapter 5 with drawing and model. The study hopes that the tourism factory can combine local elements and provide great experience and deep impression for visitors.
