近年來「觀光工廠」成為一個傳統產業空間轉型的趨勢,具有活化企業、延伸製造業至服務業之精神與特色,同時也提供大眾一項新的休閒娛樂選擇,企業文化的體驗結合觀光休憩的行程,成為主要創意生活產業的概念,也帶動了地方觀光體驗經濟的發展。關於觀光工廠文獻的研究,較偏重在體驗行為與行銷效益方面的研究,忽略了通用設計在觀光工廠的重要性,因此本研究所要探討的是友善空間觀光工廠所要具備的特性和規劃,以達到以人為本的友善環境。以雲林大埤鄉「良作工場農業文創館」為研究對象,透過實地觀察、實地測量、整理繪圖、拍攝記錄空間,以參觀者角度親身參與觀光工廠體驗活動,藉以了解參觀者在體驗的過程中,友善環境帶來的實質感受,並深入調查研究良作工場農業文創館企業文化概念與經營模式,及空間場域體驗形式的關聯性。再以通用設計基本原則為主,「建築物無障礙設施設計規範」為輔,分析觀光工廠館內的各個主要空間,研究空間體驗的行為模式及環境心理帶給人們的身心體驗。透過多項資料比對分析,了解經營者在觀光工廠友善環境體驗規劃之優點與缺失。結論提出通用設計原則運用在觀光工廠的空間規劃與體驗的行為模式上,作為傳統產業企業者轉型未來經營觀光工廠空間規劃之參考,使空間的體驗與知識的學習達到最佳效果,讓參觀者有豐富的體驗、深刻的印象以及友善的環境。
Recently, tourism factories have become a new trend in traditional industry is not only able to energize the enterprise and allow the transformation of manufacturing industry into service industry, but alsoprovide the public with an alternative recreation. Combined the experiencingof enterprise culture and sightseeing schedule, tourism factories become a concept of creative life industry. At the same time, they can activate the tourism economy. This study takes Nextland, an agriculture cultural and creative tourism factory located in Dapi, Yunlin County, Taiwan as research subject. By field research, site measurements, collections of drawings, filming and recording the space of Nextland, the authorvisitedNextland and experiencedthe activities in person to understand the actual feelings of tourists and to investigate the enterprise cultures and managements of Nextland. Meanwhile, the relation between field and experience forms is explored. Universal design is taken as a main principle in this study, while minor idea is the “Design Specification of Accessible and Usable Buildings and Facilities”. The interior space design is analyzed to find outthe influence of environment on human physics and behavior model. By analyzing data carefully, the authorcan figure out the advantages and drawbacks of the tourism factory friendly space design. Finally, the study concludes how universal design is applied to the space design of the tourism factory and behavior model. For those entrepreneurs who want to transform traditional industry into tourism factories, current study can serve as a reference. We hope to reach the goal of allowinghuman-centered friendly environment and to maximize the effect of space experience and knowledge learning. By doing so, tourism factories provide visitors with abundant and impressive experiences, as well as a friendly environment.
