摘要


《預防及治療壓瘡:臨床實踐指南》是全文式的指南書籍,主要目的是提供醫事人員對於壓瘡預防的指引建議。該指南由國際三大壓瘡的機構組織共同研訂,指南內容已廣泛為各國醫事體系採用。文本指南雖然易於閱讀,但文本的框架無助於電腦系統的檢索,也無法有效的表達內容結構、關係等,因此對於壓瘡知識應用的效益有限。為協助醫事人員應用壓瘡相關知識,本研究分析指南的組成結構、萃取概念間的邏輯關係,並以網路本體語言(Web Ontology Language, OWL)將指南的關鍵內容建置為具有結構及關係的本體知識庫,由於OWL是以語意網的相容格式表達,因此可提供後續的加值再利用,如本研究進一步發展的推理查詢。為驗證知識庫的效益,本研究也利用SPARQL查詢語言建立了一個Web-based查詢系統,研究結果顯示本研究建立的查詢系統能確實的檢索出指南上的關鍵內容,並能以概念化的推理方式查詢指南上的內容。

"Prevention and Treatment of Pressure Ulcers/Injuries: Clinical Practice Guideline" is a full-text guideline book, the main purpose is to provide health professional with guideline recommendations for the prevention of pressure ulcers. This guideline was jointly developed by the three major international pressure ulcer organizations. The content of this guideline has been widely adopted by the medical systems of various countries. Although the full-text guideline book is easy to read, but the frame of the text does not help the retrieval of the computer system. Nor can it effectively express content structure, relationships, etc. Therefore, the benefit of applying knowledge on pressure ulcers is limited. In order to assist health professional applying knowledge about pressure ulcers, this research analyze the structure of the guideline book, extract the logical relationship between concepts, use Web Ontology Language (OWL) to construct the key content of the guideline into an ontology knowledge base with structure and relationship. Due to OWL is expressed in a compatible format of Semantic web. Therefore, it can provide subsequent value-added and reuse, such as the inference query that is further developed in this research. To verify the effectiveness of the knowledge base. This research also uses the SPARQL query language to establish a Web-based query system. The research results show that the query system can accurately retrieve the key content of the guideline, and can query the contents of the guideline in a conceptual way of inference.
