摘要

在企業資訊系統的演進過程中，單純的ERP系統已無法滿足企業的需求，各種延伸而發展出來的系統更是不勝枚舉，如SFC、MES、PDM、APS等，而這些軟體各有專職，配合企業的需求提供相關的解決方案。
其中現場生產管制系統(Shop Floor Control；SFC)之目的是針對製造現場生產資料進行即時收集，並監控產品生產進度、人員生產活動與生產設備產能負荷情形並即時回饋。而這部份通常是最需要客製化的一環，但如此一來就是影響企業的流程再造的複雜工程，其中的一些不良效應更會成為系統能否成功上線的重要因素。
本研究蒐集有關於現場生產管制系統及限制理論的文獻，說明限制理論的基礎、定義、流程，及並現場生產管制系統的特性，利用上述的相關文獻論點，套用限制理論的文法，發展出一套「SFC系統成功導入的系統開發程序架構」，將所遭遇的核心問題與衝突，以新的觀念和解決方案，突破瓶頸，為企業帶來實質的利益。
本研究同時引用個案公司的實例，來加已驗証個案公司導入時，使用本研究的研究方法的可行性。

With the evolution of information system, ERP system cannot fully satisfy the needs of enterprises. There are many other systems derived from ERP, such as SFC, MES, PDM, APS, and etc., which offers solutions to meet enterprises’ needs, respectively.
Among them, the purpose of SFC (Shop Floor Control) is made for instant collection for productive data and the control of scheduled process, labor hour, and capacity and offers prompt feedback. To link with homemade is mostly required; however, it becomes a complicated work and influences the produces some bad effects which might become an important essential of being a successful online system.
This research collects the literature about SFC (Shop Floor Control) and TOC (Theory of Constraints). It describes the basis, definition, flow, and characteristics of SFC. Applying the literature of SFC and the grammar of TOC, SFC is successfully led into the framework of system development procedure; and confronting with the core problem, it forms a new conception and offers solutions to surmount every obstacle and bring essential benefits to the enterprises.
We also cite a concrete case to illustrate the feasibility of our research.
