組織特徵圖譜之研究

摘要


現今的組織特性充滿變動與不穩定,組織全球化的跨國營運,除需要將組織成功的經驗傳承到各個分支機構外,更需要複製學習其他成功企業組織的特質,讓公司更有競爭力。 在1980年代中期以前,大多數的人認為組織是用來協調與控制一群人的理性工具,其中有垂直層級、部門及職權關係。但事實上並非如此,組織也像人一樣,有創新與保守、有僵硬與彈性。也會隨著組織的成長與發展的改變而改變。每一個組織都有屬於他本身獨特的文化特質,這些文化特質具有根本性與穩定性,並且如同基因般的影響個體發展,這些文化特質會影響組織成員做事的態度、作業的方式以及面對問題時所採取的因應方式。 本研究的主要目的乃在於針對組織的特徵、圖譜、差異、成分定量,建立一個跨文化的統一架構,透過『一般系統理論』的觀點,結合組織基因工程理論並提出組織圖譜的概念,來觀察不同組織特徵圖譜,對於該組織行為的影響。 本研究以「一般系統理論」、「文獻回顧法」及「問卷訪談法」的方式,針對組織人員作深入的問卷與訪談,經由受訪者對組織元素的認知以及組織特徵元素之間的直接影響程度,使用DEMATEL 決策實驗室分析法,建立一個分析模式,找出組織中元素與元素間相互 影響強弱度,以量化模式評估組織特徵元素的直接與間接關聯性,透過組織特徵的定量、定序的研究,建立組織特徵的基本圖譜,分析研究組織間的特徵差異,期能建立一個跨文化的研究平台,並且提供從事跨文化基因圖譜建立的研究發展論。

The organization feature is full of fluctuant and instable today. Global organization transnational operate needs to inheritance the success experience to each subsidiary and learns the organization features from success corporate, to make company more competitive. Prior the mid of 1980, Majority person think that the organization was a rational implement to coordinate and control a group of people, and there are vertical level、departments and authority relation in it. But it was not true. The Organization also like human being with innovate and conservative、sclerotic and flexibility. And it will changed along with the organization grow up and development. Each organization has it own unique culture characteristic. Those culture characteristics are essentiality、stability and effect the developing of individuals like a gene. Those culture characteristics also influence the member work attitude、work way and the react plan when they meet problem. The purpose of this research was in the slight of Organization feature、 Map、 Variance and components quantification to set up a cross culture integrate framework. In the viewpoint of General System Theory combine Organizational Gene Engineering Theory to bring up an Organization Feature concept. To observe the influence on organization behavior in different feature map. This research use General System Theory、Literature Review、 Questionnaire Interview method to make a deep interview with company staff, and let the staff understand the meaning of organization elements and point out the directly influential degree between each characteristic element. Then use DEMATEL to set up an analysis mold try to find out the influential degree between elements in the organization. Using the quantification mold evaluate the directly and indirectly related of the feature elements. Per the research of feature quantification and sorting order to set up an organization feature basic Map then analysis the feature between Organizations. Hoping to establish a cross culture research platform and provide a research development theory for building up a cross culture gene map.
