摘 要 企業的價值就是為了追求綜效,在因應環境變遷、組織變革的時候,很多公司都採取TQM做為公司管理的主軸,建構一個組織發展的目標與方向。 本論文是以系統科學做為TQM背後的學理架構,以系統科學的整體性、層次性、目的性、開放性、穩定性、突變性、自組織性、相似性等八大系統特性探討TQM在組織成型、組織集群、組織競合和共同演化的階段過程中,各特性的表現及突顯的特性。 在系統科學與TQM的品質迴圈PDCA管理循環同構基礎下,在變化的環境下,保持動態平衡。試圖以系統八大特性鏈結TQM組織的組分和子系統之間的交互作用,開拓一種新的方式分析TQM,俾使TQM在未來的品質價值上,能更有競爭力和更新的意義。
ABSTRACT Enterprise value system aims at achieving synergy. Many companies adopt TQM as management core in order to structure the goals and direction of organization development. This thesis uses system science as the theoretical framework behind TQM. TQM can be divided into the following stages:organization forming, organization grouping, organization storming and organization performing. Each stage possesses its distinctive performance and prominent characteristics. They are studied on the basis of eight system characteristics of system science:wholeness, stratum-order, finality-purpose, openness, stability, catastrophe, self-organization and similarity. In the ever-changing environment, dynamic equilibrium has to be maintained between isomorphism of system science and PDCA core cycle of TQM. Attempts are made to link the interaction between TQM business component and sub-system with the eight characteristics of system science. Efforts are given the analyze TQM in a new light, in the hope that TQM will become more competitive and meaningful in its quality value in the future.
