國民小學「學校課程計畫」評鑑規準建構及權重之研究─以桃園縣為例

A Study on Constructuring the Evaluation Criteria Weight System of Elementary School Curriculum Plan- An Example for Taoyuan County

摘要


本研究旨在建構一套國民小學學校課程計畫審閱評鑑規準並瞭解此規準之權重分配。根據研究目的,探討學校本位課程、學校課程計畫、課程計畫評鑑等相關文獻,並據以建構一套學校課程計畫審閱評鑑規準,而後以德懷術修正此規準之適切性,並於下一階段以階層分析法建立此規準之權重。本研究根據研究發現,歸納結果如下: 一、國民小學學校課程計畫之內涵隨對課程計畫之看法、觀點不同而有差異,但主要內涵有:學校教育目標、學校願景、領域學習節數、課程教學進度、使用教科書版本、領域課程計畫、節數安排……等。 二、國民小學學校課程計畫審閱評鑑規準的重要內涵可分為二層級,共五層面、二十四項規準 三、國民小學學校課程計畫審閱評鑑規準整體權重分配如下:第一層級指標:課程擬定實施層面(37.4%)、課程計畫設計依據(24.6%)、學校本位課程發展(18.6%)、課程計畫編撰層面(10.7%)、課程發展組織層面(8.5%)。第二層級指標以3-6詳細規劃課程評鑑之組織、進行、準則等項次(9.4%)、3-1詳細規劃各學習領域之課程計畫(8.7%)、2-1清楚介紹學校的背景分析(7.1%)、2-2詳盡敘述學校的經營理念(6.8%)、3-4詳細規劃學年活動(6.6%)分別排序前五名。 最後根據研究結果分別對教育行政機關、學校行政單位及未來相關研究提出具體建議,作為落實學校課程計畫審閱之參考。

This study was designed to develop a set of evaluation criteria for elementary school curriculum plan and understands the weight system of the criteria. According to the goal, discusses the correlation literature such as the school-based curriculum, the school curriculum planning, the evaluation for curriculum planning and so on, then develop a set of evaluation criteria for curriculum planning. The research method adopted in this study is Delphi Technique Method and analytic hierarchy process. According to the findings, five conclusions are reached: First, the evaluation criteria on curriculum plan contained 5 types of indicators in the first level, as well as 24types of sub-indicators in the second level. Second, the most important is the layer of curriculum plan to planning implementation in the first level of the evaluation criteria for elementary school curriculum plan. It shows that the significant point of curriculum plan is to particularly plan the course execution. Third, the secondary of the first level evaluation criteria of elementary school curriculum plan is the authority of curriculum design. It shows that the analysis of a school’s background is useful to plan the courses. Fourth, curriculum evaluation is the first priority in the second level evaluation criteria of elementary school curriculum plan. It shows that the importance of curriculum evaluation is getting more and more attentions. Fifth, school-based curriculum of the second level evaluation criteria of elementary school curriculum plan is compares others to be important,shows that the idea of Grade 1-9 Curriculum emphasizes school-based curriculum is accepted. Finally, according to the research results, we provide executable suggestions as the references of checking off curriculum plan.
