使用穩定劑製備單一散度聚醯胺酸顆粒及其性質研究

Preparation and Characterization of Monodisperse Poly(amic acid) Particles by Stabilizers

摘要


本研究利用分散聚合反應及沉澱聚合反應製備聚醯胺酸顆粒。將二胺單體和穩定劑溶於聚合媒介中,再緩慢加入已溶於聚合媒介中二酸酐單體並以均質機在恆溫20℃及10000rpm下高速攪拌分散均勻後,進行聚合反應,製得聚醯胺酸顆粒。利用改變單體固含量、穩定劑種類及反應條件,探討對聚醯胺酸顆粒粒徑大小、表面形態的影響還有熱性質研究,獲得製備單一散度聚醯胺酸顆粒的穩定聚合系統的條件。 由研究結果得知,陰離子型十二烷基磺酸鈉和非離子型穩定劑聚乙烯基烷酮,在適當的濃度下有較好的穩定效果;當二酸酐單體及二胺單體之總量增加會增加聚合顆粒徑且降低穩定效果。所獲得顆粒依反應條件及單體固含量、穩定劑種類不同,其粒徑介於0.05μm~ 1.6μm之間。

In this study, poly(amic acid) particles were prepared by dispersion polymerization and precipitation polymerization. Monomer diamine and stabilizer were dissolved in polymerization medium then slowly added Monomer dianhydride with different kinds stabilizer of then disperse homogeneously and polymerization in homogenizer at constant temperature. After completely polymerization, poly(amic acid) particles solution can be obtained。 By changing the kinds stabilize and reaction condition, the effects on the particles size、morphology and thermal properties were investigated. The stable polymerization system to prepare monodisperse poly(amic acid) particles can be found from this study。 From the experimental results, we can get better particle morphology with uniform by using SDS and PVP as stabilizer ; the diameter of poly(amic acid) particles increased with increasing the total amount of dianhydride monomer and diamine monomer. The particle diameter of poly(amic acid) particles prepared under various stabilizer and reaction conditions were in the range between 0.05μm to 1.6 μm。
