摘要 液晶顯示器已廣泛地應用於電腦及電視的終端顯示器上,液晶顯示器結構包含液晶面板、源極驅動器(Source Driver IC)、閘極驅動器(Gate Driver IC)、時序控制器(Timer control)及伽瑪參考電壓(Gamma Voltage)。其中源極驅動器(Source Driver IC)的電路設計,對於高畫質、高解析度、低功率消耗的顯示要求特別重要。尤其液晶顯示器目前朝著大面板、高解析度、高畫質的方向發展。所以源極驅動器(Source Driver IC)電路設計的重要性決定未來液晶顯示器在顯示器市場的定位。 本篇論文將提出一應用於LCD源極驅動器(Source Driver IC)內數位類比轉換器DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter)的新電路架構,以期達到最小佈局面積的目標。
Abstract The liquid crystal display has been widely applied to the terminal displays of the computer and TV. The structure of the liquid crystal display includes the liquid crystal panel, source driver IC, gate driver IC, timing controller and gamma reference voltage. Source driver IC’s circuit design is very much important among them, as to high precision, high resolution, and low power consumption of display. Especially, according to the Liquid crystal display at present heads for big panel, high precision, and high resolution. Therefore the circuit design of the source driver IC determines the importance of the localization on the display market of liquid crystal display in the future. In this thesis, it proposes a novel circuit structure applying to the DAC (Digital-to-Analog Converter) of the source driver IC of interior, in the hope of reaching the goal of the minimum area of overall arrangement.
