使用模擬事故分析程式及電腦圖形介面之進階沸水式核子反應爐展示系統

摘要


當核能在許多國家中變成電力的主要來源時,對許多核子研究和技術人員而言,核子的安全性仍然是一個很重要的課題,在本篇論文中,提出一套進階沸水式核子反應爐展示系統,主要是使用核子反應爐之梅普模擬軟體(Modular Accident Analysis Program, MAAP)來做為核子反應爐模擬的依據。本進階沸水式核子反應爐展示系統,在設計上使用人性化的圖形介面,並以協助核子技術人員對於視覺化各項參數的變化加入有關於反應爐、圍阻體的部份設定相關的MAAP之電腦處理,在電腦處理過程中也提供了預先選擇的方式產生出跟MAAP對應的參數機制和六個核子技術人員特別感興趣的核子事件分析進行電腦動畫。在初步結果中,本進階沸水式核子反應爐展示系統不但可以顯示出反應爐在正常操作過程中的狀態,也可以在反應爐危險狀況下產生出幾個警告的訊息。因此本進階沸水式核子反應爐展示系統可以提供一個有效且快速的解決方法,以協助核子技術人員維持沸水式核子反應爐的穩定狀態,更進一步達到核能的安全性。

While nuclear power has become the major source of electricity in many countries, its safety remains an important issue for many nuclear researchers and technologists. In this study, a Advanced Boiling Water Reactor (ABWR) monitoring system is presented using the Modular Accident Analysis Program (MAAP) as a reactor simulator. The ABWR monitoring system is design with a user-friendly graphical interface and several computer processing that allows nuclear technologists to “visualize” many MAAP parameters of the reactor and containment. Computer animations are also applied accordingly with respect to pre-selected MAAP parameters and seven reactor events that are of particular interest to nuclear technologists. The preliminary results show that our ABWR monitoring system not only indicates if the reactor is under normal operations, but also yields several warning message if the reactor is under dangerous conditions. Therefore, our ABWR monitoring system could offer an effective and efficient solution that helps nuclear technologists maintain the steady state of the ABWR, ultimately leading to safety of nuclear power.
