改善反循環基樁施工品質管理之探討

中文摘要 反循環基樁在台灣已廣泛運用於大地工程中,施工技術因經驗之累積已日漸成熟,然而在施工過程中,仍有許多施工細節需改善,主要原因係地下工程之施工變異性甚大,存在許多不可預期之狀況。根據問卷調查,地質調查與地質鑽探不實、設計圖說不清楚、垂直度與孔徑之控制檢測、孔壁不穩定、鋼筋籠製作及吊裝、沉泥處理、混凝土澆置及管理人員的專業人力素養等相關缺失,為影響反循環基樁工程施工品質的主要因素。因此,本研究乃針對施工品質管理問題,研擬其相對應之品質管理方法。 本研究以反循環基樁為研究對象,於施工時期使工程師能迅速瞭解品質管理大綱,並迅速掌控工程品管要點,提出對施工缺失及品質管理之注意事項與建議;另藉由三級品質管理機制,提昇承包商自主檢查品管能力,嚴格執行品質管理,有效提高施工品質及效率,確實落實自主檢查,提昇品質管理的認知與水準。 本研究主要成果分成二大部份:第一部份首先參酌相關文獻,評析國內場鑄樁施工品質管理缺失,再透過與專家訪談,俾便瞭解並製作問卷調查,就土木建築及從業人員等為對象,進行問卷調查,評析國內常見之反循環基樁施工品質管理缺失,以知悉目前施工品質管理缺失問題所在。第二部份則建立分項品質計畫之施工要領、品質管理標準、材料及施工檢驗程序及自主檢查表等文件標準化作為管理依據,以確保達到品質標準,俾提供相關工程人員參考,確保場鑄反循環基樁工程更好的施工品質,提昇整體競爭力。

ABSTRACT The reverse circulation piles have been widespread utilized in the field of ground construction in Taiwan, the accumulated experiences of technology of construction have been mature enough, however many details need to be improved during the process of construction. The main factor is there will be huge varieties of changes on under ground construction and existing lot of unexpecting situation. According to the questionnaire report, it has been found that the geologic investigation and ground drilling are improperly performed, the description on design drawing is not clear enough, the control of inspection and test for vertical angle, diameter of hole and the hole’s wall are unstable, making steel bar frame and craning for installation ,the disposition of sunk soil, the pouring and placing of concrete, as well the personnel management for the quality of professional manpower, all of them would be the key factors to influence the quality of construction for reverse circulation piles. Therefore, this research will focus on the issues to the quality management of construction and work out the relevant methods of quality management . This research is mainly for the reverse circulation piles, to enable engineer to rapidly realize the summarization and control the key point of quality of construction, and report the defects of construction, pointing out the suggestion of quality control plus the attention items need to be paid .Furthermore, to upgrade the capability of self check and quality control by means of third grade quality control mechanism contractor Restrictedly execute quality management, to upgrade the construction quality and increase the efficiency, to fulfill self check completely, to upgrade the knowledge and standard level of quality management . There are two parts of outcome of this research : Part (1) is to refer the relevant books and papers, evaluating and analyzing defects on quality management of domestic cast-in place piles construction, through the realization from interviewing with the expert to make investigation of questionnaire, to proceed the way of questionnaire investigation to employees of civil engineering, evaluating and analyzing the defect of quality management of construction for most domestic use of reverse circulation piles to realize where the real problems exist. Part (2) is to build up the classified quality plan and the summary book for construction, the standard of quality management, material and construction inspection procedure, standardized document of self inspection table, to be a reference guide of management, to ensure the quality standard; to give those information to all related engineering person as reference, as well to ensure the quality of reverse circulation piles will be better, to lift overall competitiveness .
