InfoPath 電子表單安全控管設計與實作

Design and Implementation of InfoPath e-Forms Security System

摘要


在目前產業界與政府機關對於電子表單的需求日益增加的趨勢之下,電子表單被運用來取代傳統紙本表單的應用越來越多,例如:公文、採購單或者是醫院的患者病歷…等。而微軟的電子表單InfoPath,因為對Office系列的產品和各種商業解決方案具有相當高的整合度,故是被看好在未來表單開發工具中可佔有一席之地。 因為電子表單的用途相當廣泛,所以必定會使用於具有機密之文件資訊,例如:個人的基本資料、公司的重大決策…等,而InfoPath電子表單是基於XML技術開發而成,對於表單存取與交換都極為方便,而在表單的呈現方面,不論是以Rich Client或是瀏覽器都相當的實用。但其對於欄位中資訊的呈現並無完備的保護,以致於有心人可透過各種管道竊取機密資訊。 本文針對InfoPath電子表單研究有關資訊安全的防護,搭配.NET平台所提供之雜湊方法與加密、解密方法,使InfoPath能具有對於資訊保護的功能,並對於InfoPath表單開發工具的優勢有更完整的說明,並且彌補Microsoft Office SharePoint Server對於其版本歷程的限制。

Nowadays the demand for electronic forms is significantly stronger than before among various business and government organization. Electronic forms are replacing the traditional paper forms in more and more scenarios, such as application forms, invoices, purchase orders than we frequently encounter. Microsoft Office InfoPath is regarded as one of the best electronic forms available on the market because of its tight integration with other Microsoft products and with solutions provided by other vendors. Since electronic forms will be applied in more and more of our business systems, inevitably they will be used to handle data that is vital to the organization. In this respect, safety is a factor which is just as important as the ease of use of the electronic forms. In this these, we investigate how we can integrate .Net technologies such as hashing, encoding and decoding algorithms with InfoPath forms. The goal is to develop a electronic form systems which is both secure and easy to use.
