線上學習行為分數與學習成就預測模型相關度之探討

摘要


隨著網際網路的普及,越來越多課程採用線上教材作為學習的輔助工具,而針對學生在線上學習中產生的各種記錄進行探勘是許多研究者的研究方向。透過一定程序後,可將學生的線上學習行為化為一組線上學習行為分數,並可利用此分數找出學習成效可能低落的學生,及早施予補救措施。另一方面在傳統教學領域上亦大量的使用統計迴歸工具產生學習成就預測模型,作為預測學生學習成就及預警之用。本研究的重點,在於探討兩種方式間的關聯性,並研究不同的線上學習行為分數及不同補救措施對學習成就預測模型的影響。經過觀察後發現,不同線上學習分數的學生,預測的效果也會不同:線上學習行為分數高的學生,實際學習成果會高於預期,線上學習行為分數低的學生,實際學習成果會低於預期。另外一方面透過本研究也發現,有效的補救教學方式也會導致學習成就預測模型誤差值縮小,同樣的線上學習行為分數低落的學生,受過有效補救教學後,學生實際學習成就會較為接近預測值;反之若是補救教學效果不佳的學生,則實際學習成就會低於預測值較多。

As the popularization of the internet, there are many teachers carry on relevant teaching activities through the distance teaching. Many scholars take the learning profolios generated from the online learing beheavior as major research target.With their study, we find out that after certain process, teachers and assistants can convert student’s online learning behavior into an easily understood online learing behavoir score, and they can find out the students that may get low achievement and help them in early class with online learing behavoir score. In the other hand, reashers had use static and regression tools to prediction the student’s achievement to discover the students who potentially need assists. In this paper we discuss the relation between these two method, and we discover that students with different online learing behavoir score will effect the accurate of regression prediction module: Students with higher online learing behavoir score will get batter grade than the prediction and the students with low online learing behavoir score will have lower achievement then we expect with the prediction module. In the other hand, we also discover that with effectively remedial teaching, students in team with learning achievement will be more closer to the predicted than the team without effectively remedial teaching while both team are low in online learing behavoir score.
