本文提出一個以電流式電路加以實現之切換式電容電路、此電路是利用電流式主動電路中的電流回授放大器來取代傳統的電壓式運算放大器。並且為了驗證此電路之作用、以此電路設計一個具有延遲特性的取樣電路、 以及一個反相無延遲取樣電路。 文中以商用IC AD844做為CFA的部分、以TSMC 0.35μ製程實現切換式電容電路中之開關、取樣頻率為20M/s、並以Hspice加以證明電路功能的正確性。
This thesis proposed a switched capacitor circuit base on current mode circuit. This circuit use one of the current mode active circuits - the current feedback amplifier to replace the tradition voltage mode operation amplifier. In order to prove the effective of this circuit, we use this circuit to design a sample circuit with delay characteristic. And a inverter nodelay sample circuit. In this thesis AD844 is use to replace the part of CFA, The switches in the switched capacitor circuit has been implemented by using TSMC 0.35μm process, the sample frequency of circuit is 20M/s, Hspice simulation results for the proposed circuit consist with the analytical results.
