室內與室外定位之 行動安全服務系統:應用於非營利組織

摘要


隨著網路科技的快速發展,無形中給人們帶來許多的服務性與便利性,對於目前Web2.0時代的趨勢發展下,這將使得人與人之間的聯繫更加密切與快速,不可否認的許多科技出發點往往以一般大眾需求與經濟發展為重心所設計出來,相較於少數弱勢團體來講,在科技的發展上極少針對於此團體進行科技服務的發展。 本篇研究針對此現象特別以精神障礙就業輔導體系為對象,研發出一套行動服務追蹤系統,系統建構在一個Web2.0的網頁平台,並利用PDA手機結合全球衛星定位系統與室內無線定位技術,將精神障礙者的位置資訊傳送到伺服器,以提供行動追蹤服務與區域感知服務。就業服務員只要透過網頁瀏覽的方式便可以得知使用者位置,無論使用者處於室內或室外皆可以有效的定位。此系統主要目的在於幫助精神障礙者與就業輔導體系在彼此的社會連結,提升體系的運作成效,並使就業服務員能夠更有效率的服務個案,一方面可以減少就業輔導員的人力成本,另一方面可以透過此系統來協助弱勢族群在行動安全上的需求。

Internet technology brings people a lot of services and conveniences as the rapid development of Internet technologies. Besides, the relationship between people will be more closely and more quickly to contact with each other via the support of the Web 2.0. Unfortunately, most of technologies were designed for general public requirements and economic development. Technologies, in particular Internet services, designed for disadvantaged minority were less considered. This paper proposes a mobile tracking service for people with mental disorder of supported employment organization when they goes to and backs from the work place. The system is based on Web 2.0 platform. A smart phone is used to gather the GPS and WiFi information and sends the location information of user to location server through HSDPA service. Employment specialists are able to monitor the user's location from their method of web browsing, regardless of mental disorders’ location being indoor or outdoor. The main purpose of this study is to help connect the mental illness to a social network with the supported employment organization, to enhance the effectiveness of the system, and to allow the employees to provide better services for each case. On the other hand this application can reduce the staff cost of employment specialists and to help disadvantaged minority in the mobile safety requirements.
