以電流回授放大器架構而成的弦波振盪器

摘要


本文提出一種方式來組成振盪器,並對弦波振盪器組成作介紹,即以矩陣設計概念並運用兩個CFA(電流回授放大器)及一些被動元件來實現弦波振盪器,利用數學推導設計整體電路,並且瞭解其推導原理以利用來設計其他電路,再藉以Hspice模擬結果及商業化IC AD844來驗證此電路設計法。

In this paper, a sinusoidal oscillator circuit using a design method is proposed. Introduces the sinusoidal oscillator.Namely, the matrix design concept is used to realize the sinusoidal oscillator consisting of two CFAs (current feedback amplifiers) and few passive components.Designa circuit by Mathematics inferential reasoning.Designs other electric circuits by the method.The Hspice simulation and the commercially available IC AD844 can verify the design technique.
