聚苯胺/聚丙烯酸摻合體於過氧化氫檢測器之應用

Polyaniline/Polyacrylic acid blend sensor for the electrocatalytic oxidation of hydrogen peroxide

摘要


摘要   本研究是以溶液法摻混的方式製備不同濃度比例之聚苯胺 (polyaniline,PAn)與聚丙烯酸 (polyacrylic acid,PAA)摻合體,並以紫外光-可見光-近紅外光 (UV-Vis near IR)光譜及傅立葉紅外線 (FT-IR)光譜分析與X射線光電子能譜儀 (X-ray photoelectron spectronmeter,XPS)分析來探討摻合體的結構物性,並以四點探針測量其導電值。以掃描式電子顯微鏡 (Scanning Electron Microsope,SEM)觀察其表面型態。並利用 PAn/-PAA摻合體修飾之金電極作為過氧化氫電化學檢測器之工作電極,且分別探討在有過氧化氫酵素 (peroxidase horseradish,HRP)和無HRP酵素條件下偵測溶液中過氧化氫的最佳化條件。   由紫外光-可見光-近紅外光 (UV-Vis near IR)光譜、FT-IR和XPS分析PAn/-PAA blend的摻雜程度由大而小隨濃度比例的排列為:2/8、3/7與5/5。其對應的導電度分別為1.5×10-4 S/cm、9.1×10-5 S/cm和1.5×10-6 S/cm。由SEM觀察表面型態發現,當摻合體之表面積亦隨PAn/PAA之濃度比例增加而增加。但當濃度比為5/5時表面積又變少。當以濃度最低為PAn/-PAA (2/8)修飾金為工作電極時,在未添加HRP酵素直接偵測H2O2的條件下,以靈敏度最高為 553.9 μA/mM-cm2,甚至比添加HRP酵素的PAn/-PAA (3/-7)/Au電極高47%。

Abstract   The aim of this thesis is to prepare the blend copolymers of polyaniline (PAn) and polyacrylic acid (PAA) with the various molar ratios by solution method. The structural, electrical, and surface properties of the PAn/PAA blend are characterized by UV-Vis near IR, FT-IR and XPS, four point probe, and contact angle analyzer, respectively. The surface morphologies of the blend are analyzed by SEM. The dopping of PAn/PAA blend film is confirmed by UV-Vis near IR and the composition-dependent doping levels from large to small are in the order of 2/8, 3/7 and 5/5 (by mole ratio) as analyzed by FT-IR and XPS; and the corresponding conductivities are 1.5×10-4 , 9.1×10-5 and 1.5×10-6 S/cm, respectively. The surface area of PAn/PAA blend increases with increasing the molar ratio from 2/8 to 3/7, but decreases with the further increasing the mole ratio to 5/5.   PAn/PAA blend can be coated on Au electrode and used as a working electrode for the electrochemical sensing of H2O2. The optimal composition of the PAn/PAA modified electrode with or without the presence of HRP is investigated. It is found that the highest sensitivity of 553.9 μA/mM-cm2 is achieved for H2O2 sensor using PAn/PAA (2/8) modified Au electrode, which is even 47% higher than that of PAn/PAA (3/7) modified Au electrode with the presence of HRP.
