中文摘要 本論文主要是利用電化學沉積方式,並以具有奈米尺度通道之聚碳酸酯(pc)膜當作模版,在陰極成長金奈米線材。藉由不同的沉積電壓、沉積溶液的濃度、沉積的時間及正負極的距離之條件,來探討其成長機制,並針對其沉積條件與形成之結構作為變因探討。從實驗結果得知,在低電壓、低濃度的環境下,且不需任何有機物質的添加,即可合成奈米金條。
Abstract In this thesis, we describe the method for preparing Au nanowire by electrochemical deposition. The polycarbonate (PC) membrane with nanochannel template is attached onto the cathode and the the Au nanowire grow inside the nano pores. The Au nanowire growth mechanism were studied via varying some deposition conditions : applied voltage, concentration of deposition solution, deposition time , and the distance between two electrodes. This study tried to find out the relation between the forming structure of Au nanowire and the deposition conditions. According to the experimental results, the Au nanowire can be formed under low voltage and low concentration without any organic additive.
