虛擬模具組裝與靠破面設計的研究與開發

摘要


本文第一部分在於架構與開發一套以CAD軟體為基礎之網路化與客製化之模具組裝引導流程,結合程序的執行管控以達到虛擬模具組裝引導之目的,進而有效輔助與縮短實際模具組裝的時間。模具組裝屬於模具開發的後期階段,是開發作業的一個重要部份,組裝的好壞更是影響著試模過程,一旦出錯,將使模具開發時間拉長,因此設計部門與組裝部門間的溝通是非常重要的。本文主要以CAD軟體Pro/ENGINEER視窗下的瀏覽器,開發出具知識管理之虛擬模具組裝引導流程,藉由引導流程的程序,以及知識化的功能,可以協助降低使用者在實際組裝過程中的錯誤機率,且經由流程的引導,可以避免組裝程序上的錯誤,迅速正確的完成模具組裝,達到事半功倍的效果。藉由程式設計與資料庫的結合,使組裝行程設定更為快速,不但能預先有效地執行開關模干涉檢查,並可將組裝過程輸出為動畫,增進設計部門與組裝部門間的溝通,達到為組裝而設計的成效。 第二部分則是以Pro/ENGINEER視窗下的瀏覽器,延續具知識管理之模具設計引導流程,進行靠破面設計的自動化與系統化之開發,靠破面在模具設計中是模仁設計的一部份,模仁設計包含有分模面、靠破面、滑塊、斜銷、入子等設計;以往靠破面的設計並沒有進行詳細的規劃,相同的一種靠破面可利用不同的功能進行設計,每個工程師依選取的功能不同,所用的時間也有差異;因此,針對靠破面的設計進行分類,並將分類後的設計標準化,建立知識化的靠破面設計引導功能,可以協助使用者方便與快速地對各種靠破面下達正確之決策。

The study is to construct and develop an on-lined and customized mold assembling guiding process, based on CAD software. By executing and controlling the process, it can guide the simulation of assembling molds and effectively support and shorten the actual mold assembling time. Mold assembly is the post stage of mold development; it is an important part of development. The assembly result affects trials. Once there are mistakes, the developing time extends. Therefore, the communication between design department and assembly department is crucial. The study uses the browser of the CAD software, Pro/ENGINEER, to develop a guiding process of mold assembly simulation, which is with knowledge management. Through the guiding process and knowledge functions, the error rate in actual assembly process is lower and the errors in assembling process can be avoided. Then, the molds can be quickly and correctly assembled to acquire twice effort in half of time. By the combination of programming and database, the setting of the assembling process is faster. It can also execute the interference detection in opening and closing the molds in advance and output the assembling process into animation to advance the communication between design and assembly departments and accomplish the effect of Design for Assembly. The second part continues the guiding process of mold designing with knowledge management under the browser of CAD software, Pro/ENGINEER. It processes the development of the automation and systematization of designing patching surface. The patching surface is a part of core design in mold designing. The design of mold core includes Parting Line, patching surface, slide, lift and insert. There was no detailed planning in designing patching surface in the past. The same patching surface can be designed in different functions. Depending on the functions selected by the engineers, the consuming time is various. Therefore, the study classifies the designs of patching surface and standardizes the designs after the classification; then, building the guiding process of patching surface design with knowledge. It helps the users to quickly make correct decisions on different patching surface with convenience.
