都會住宅綠療空間觀-以公寓大廈為例

摘要

高度經濟下的發展與都市容貌的改變，使得現代人的生活充滿壓力。我們面對大量的壓力；則需一個抒發的出口。人們藉由聽音樂、觀賞電視與睡覺等多種方式來消除壓力或是逃避壓力。在台灣，園藝治療一詞對於多數台灣人而言，依舊是陌生的，甚至在醫療復癒上的運用仍屬稀少；目前之空間案例多是學術單位成立實施。多數園藝治療研究乃以戶外空間與高齡者為主，鮮少以室內空間為研究背景作深入的探討分析。
本研究以國內外具代表性的5個園藝治療戶外空間案例，分析歸納出可利用於室內空間的園藝治療應用原則與提出綠療空間構面因子。並擬訂半結構式的訪談問卷，藉由質性深度訪談園藝治療師、建築師、景觀師與室內設計師等四類專家學者，分析各類專家意見並得出綠療住宅初步空間觀。再選定3個以核心家庭結構為主之都會住宅案例；配合空間分析並提出建議可配合於綠療空間使用的植物種類與栽培工具資材。確立本研究的綠療住宅空間觀。
最後，將綠療空間觀套用至一戶住宅空間案例，藉由設計成果使得一般大眾能夠藉由圖像有更明確、實際的看法，也更易推廣至大眾。期望研究結果能夠為台灣現況之公寓大廈空間配置帶來新的想法，並建立後續相關綠色療癒與住宅空間結合之學術研究。

The modern life is full of stress in highly economical development and metropolis change. We face a lot of stress that need an exit. People relieve stress or to escape by listen to music, watch TV, sleep et cetera. In Taiwan, horticultural therapy is still strange for many people, even use scarce in the medical complex. The cases most of build in academic unit. The majority research of horticultural therapy is aimed at outdoor space and the elder with few to interior space as the background of an in-depth analysis.
This research analyze 5 horticultural therapy case, that to get the spatial gardening treatment application principle and the spatial construction element of green-therapy in the room. The interview questionnaire uses in-depth interview and the qualitative depth interview that to analyze the gardening therapist, the architect, landscape and interior designer opinion about green-therapy. The cases of urban apartment select 3 by the core family that to analyzes and proposed the floristic, tool, equipment in green-therapy room. We can find the Green-therapy application in this research.
Green-therapy application uses in an urban apartment with 3 different scales, that to get the regulations of green-therapy room. The regulations will enable to interior designers and the populace reference. Because of the design will change the promotion to the populace. The expectation findings can bring the new idea to urban apartment in Taiwan, and establishes the following green-therapy with the housing space union the scholarly research.
