右設限和型二區間設限資料的統計分析是自古以來相當熱門的一項基礎研究,而本論文主要是把右設限和型二區間設限資料混合下做統計存活分析,並用伯式多項式來做分佈函數。 在估計參數方面,我們用最大概似估計法來做研究,但用梯度法和拉格朗日方法估計非常困難和不好,因此我們用馬可夫鏈蒙地卡羅法(M.C.M.C.)之Simulated Annealing,其結果呈現在統計模擬計算,且也符合大樣本理論和我們的要求。
The statistical analysis of right-censored and Case Ⅱinterval-censored data is the popular fundamental research since ancient times. This paper is to focus on discussing the statistical survival analysis for maxed right-censored and Case Ⅱinterval-censored data. Furthermore, it will use Bernstein to further discuss. In terms of estimating parameters, we intend to use maximum likehood method to estimate. However, the result of gradient method and Lagrange's method is quite difficult and not positive. As a result, we decide to use Markov chain Monte Carlo method (M.C.M.C.) Simulated Annealing. By using this method, the result is positive showing the statistical simulation calculations and proved the nature of the large simple theory and our requirement.
