摘要

本篇論文主要研究現狀數據之存活分析，在醫學和流行病學上勝算比的研究非常重要。因此我們對勝算比函數(odds)，也就是死亡率和存活率之比值做研究估計。在論文中我們使用伯氏多項式來描述勝算比函數，利用馬可夫鏈蒙地卡羅法─Simulated Annealing做最大概似估計和比較。在模擬方面有不錯的表現，結果也符合大樣本性質，並且和理論相符合。

The thesis researches the survival analysis of the current status data because the study of odds rate on Medicine and Epidemiology Preventive Medicine has been very crucial. Therefore, the estimation study aims at the odds rate, which refers to the ratio of mortality rate and survival rate. In the thesis, where we use Bernstein polynomial to illustrate the odds rate, the maximum likelihood estimator and comparison are conducted through Markov chain Monte Carlo─Simulated Annealing. The simulation turns out well and its result accords with not only the large-sample properties, but also the theory.
