台灣美容美髮產業環境變遷與因應之研究

近年台灣無論是外部環境因素，亦或內部經營因素都發生了重大的變化，台灣美容美髮產業面臨人才短缺、最低工資高漲、經濟低迷、相關法律修改，皆對美容美髮產業產生影響。面對經營環境變遷，台灣美容美髮產業如何進行因應，在經營成效上如何有效地提昇讓公司永續的發展。美容美髮產業透過降低成本、升級轉型、從事相關產業等以因應環境變遷。因此，本研究透過分析環境變遷對台灣美容美髮產業的影響，藉此提供給美容美髮經營者具有針對性的建議。本研究以問卷調查作為研究工具，故本研究的第二章到第四章從相關文獻的整理，分別探討外部環境因素以及內部經營因素的變遷、升級轉型作法、企業能力、企業成效等為主體加以討論。本研究根據相關的文獻以及與美容美髮經營者的交談進行問卷設計，透過問卷的調查，瞭解面對環境變遷，台灣美容美髮產業如何進行因應。本研究結果顯示，少子化、工時縮短、周休二日是對美容美髮產業影響較大的外部環境因素，而材料安全與品質、設計師專業技術、設計師互動禮儀是對美容美髮產業影響較大的經營管理因素，整體而言，缺乏專業人才、相關法律制度的變動是影響產業發展的主要因素。本研究認為，台灣美容美髮產業可以透過加強員工教育訓練、增加技術交流、明確競爭優勢、進行多角化經營以因應環境變遷所帶來的影響。

In recent years, both external environmental factors and internal management factors of Taiwan had been changed greatly. Taiwan beauty and hairdressing industry is facing the circumstance of talent shortage, the minimum wage rising, the economic depress, and modification of relevant laws, all of which will affect the beauty and hairdressing industry. In order to effectively enhance the company's sustainable development, the beauty and hairdressing industry has to cut the cost, upgrading and transformation, engaged in related industries to cope with the environmental changes. Therefore, this research will provide some suggestions for beauty and hairdressing industry based on the analysis of environmental change. Questionnaire survey is applied to capture the impact of environmental change on the beauty and hairdressing industry, as well as the industry's response. The designation of questionnaire is based on the literature review and discuss with the employee in beauty and hairdressing industry. Then, via the questionnaire survey, we can clearly know about the response of beauty and hairdressing industry when they face to the environmental change. The results of this study show that less child, shorter working hours, two days weekend of external environmental factors have significant influence on beauty and hairdressing industry, whereas material safety and quality, professional designers, designers of interactive etiquette of internal management factors have significant impact as well. In summary, professional talents shortage and modification of the legal system are the main factors affecting the development of the beauty and hairdressing industry. This study suggests that Taiwan beauty and hairdressing industry should strengthen employee training, increase technical exchanges, clarify competitive advantage and diversification to influence caused by environmental changes.
