美髮從業人員工作壓力與健康促進生活型態之研究-以台北都會區幾家為例

Styles on Job Stress and Health Promotion Life State of the Employees in Styles Hair Industry

摘要


講求永續經營的現代社會,有賴於從業人員良好的工作情緒及從事有益健康的活動,才能有效達成工作目標,因此本研究主要是探討美髮從業人員工作壓力與健康促進生活型態的關係。研究目的為:(1)瞭解美髮從業人員對工作壓力及健康促進生活型態之現況;(2)探討美髮從業人員對工作壓力及健康促進生活型態認知因素。並以台北都會區美髮從業人員為對象,現場問卷共300份,有效回收問卷計245份,有效回收率為81.7%。研究方法以SPSS統計軟體程式分析,以平均數、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、薛費(Scheffe's test)事後多重比較進行統計分析。 本研究結果主要發現:(1)工作壓力認知因素在「性別」與「婚姻」等社經背景呈現顯著差異;(2)美髮從業人員的健康促進生活型態認知因素在「性別」與「婚姻」、「年齡」及「教育程度」等人口統計背景呈現顯著差異;(3)美髮從業人員的工作壓力與健康促進生活型態各項認知因素在「職務」、「每日工作時數」、「工作類型」、「工作步調」及「工作過量」等工作特性與認知呈現顯著差異。(4)工作壓力的認知因素分別為:「控制與參與」、「工作需求與組織」及「情感」。(5)健康促進生活型態的認知因素分別為:「人際支持與壓力處理」、「運動行為」、「生活飲食」及「健康責任」。 本研究建議:(1)美髮業經營者應重視員工自身的適應能力及瞭解其困難之處,並能設身處地為員工著想,以及協助員工排除壓力與適應職場。(2)盡量協助女性及未婚員工在「控制與參與」的問題,並適度減輕員工的工作份量與負擔;(3)男性及年齡較輕的員工,則應積極鼓勵並協助其在「人際支持與壓力處理」的健康調適。(4)「設計師」為直接且頻繁的面對客群,且又有上級的壓力,因此需要不斷的調適身心及尋求人際支持來因應工作上的壓力。

Emphasizes modern society which continues forever to manage, depends on the jobholders good job emotion and is engaged in the beneficial health in the activity, can achieve the job objective effectively, therefore this research is mainly the discussion the employees in styles hair industry jobing stress and the health promotion life state relations. The research goal is: (1) understood that styles hair industry the employees to job stress and present situation of the health promotion life state; (2) discusses the employees in styles hair industry to job stress and the health promotion life state cognition factor. And can the area style hair industry the employees take Taipei as the object, scene questionnaire altogether 300, recycles the questionnaire to count 245 effectively, the effective returns-ratio is 8 1.7%. The research technique by the SPSS statistics software program analysis, by the mean value, the t test, the single factor variance analysis, Scheffe's test the multiple comparisons carries on the statistical analysis afterward. This findings mainly discovered: (1) the jobing stress cognition factor and ”the marriage” and so on society presents the remarkable difference in ”the sex” after the background; (2) styles hair industry the employees health promotion life state cognition factor in ”the sex” and ”the marriage”, ”the age” and ”the education level” and so on population statistic backgrounds presents the remarkable difference; (3) styles hair industry the employees job stress and the health promotion life state each cognition factor in ”the duty”, ”every day the productive hours”, ”the work type”, ”the work step” and ”the work excessive” and so on operational factors and the cognition presents the remarkable difference. (4) jobing stress's cognition factor respectively is: ”control and participation”, ”work demand and organization” and ”emotion” (5) the health promotion life state's cognition factor respectively is: ”interpersonal support and stress management”, ”movement behavior”, ”life diet” and ”healthy responsibility”. This research suggested: (1) styles hair industry the leaders to take the staff own adaptiveness and to understand that place of its difficulty, and can putting oneself in another's place consider for the staff, as well as assists the staff to remove the pressure and the adaptation work place. (2) assists the female and the unmarried staff as far as possible in ”the control and the participation” the question, and reduces staffs work component and the burden moderately; (3) the male and the age light staff, should encourage and assist it in ”the interpersonal support and the stress management” the health adjustment positively. (4) ”designer” for direct and frequent facing guest group, and also has higher authority's pressure, therefore needs the unceasing adjustment body and mind and seeks the pressure which the interpersonal support reason kind of role does.
