整合專利資訊與TRIZ理論於樂齡族健康照護商業模式之優化
The Optimization of Senior Health Caring Business Model by Integrating Patent Information and TRIZ Theory
摘要
根據聯合國世界衛生組織所制定的高齡化社會標準，台灣人口老化速度隨時可能超 越日本成為亞洲人口老化速度最快的國家，政府與人民應更加重視樂齡族健康照護，完 善的樂齡族健康照護商業模式已成為台灣社會無可避免的挑戰。鑑於世界智慧財產權組 織統計顯示，清楚瞭解專利技術資訊可剖析產業商業模式，並能運用專利取得保護與妥 為優化商業模式。本研究預期達到以下幾點項目︰(1) 透過智慧財產專利檢索資訊分析 樂齡族各項健康照護專利資訊，達到市場技術趨勢判斷與其應用；(2) 探討亞洲樂齡族 健康照護政策先驅及文化背景與我國相似的日本，作揖比較，並運用TRIZ 非技術領域 發明原則分析設計一具有市場態勢之樂齡族健康照護商業模式優化方法；(3) 藉由現行 樂齡族健康照護單位相關績管制估矩陣之建構，據以獲悉該績效管制照護活動關鍵指 標，藉此驗證專利技術應用趨勢，以提供樂齡族健康照護商業模式之優化參考。依循本 研究架構一系統性優化樂齡族健康照護商業模式並輔以TRIZ 方法與專利探勘掌握產業 市場動態，提供專業人士與政府規劃改革老年福利政策之思考方法。

According to the World Health Organization (WHO) formulated an aging society standard, Taiwan may exceed Japan in the speed of population ageing and become the fastest speed of population ageing country in Asia. A perfect senior health caring business model has become the unavoidable challenges of Taiwanese society.The government and the people should pay more attention to the senior health caring. In view of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) statistics show that a clearly understanding of industry’s business model not only can be analyzed by using patent technology information, but also can be obtained protection by applying patents properly. In order to optimize the business model of senior health caring.This study is expected to reach several of the following items: (1) Through the information of intellectual property patent search can analyze senior health caring patent information and determine the application of senior health caring market technology; (2) Japan is a pioneer of senior health caring policy which can be explored in more detail and doing a comparison with Japan cause it have the similar cultural background with Taiwan.After that, making use of the TRIZ non-technical invention principles to analyze and design a optimizing method of senior health caring business model with the market trend; (3) Construct a performance control matrix by the present senior health caring activities.According to it, this study can learn the key indicators of senior health caring activities, and verify the application of patent technology.That can provide some norms of optimization for senior health caring business model.This study is a research to construct a systematic approach to optimize the senior health caring business model and supplement by TRIZ methods and patent exploration to control industry market tendencies.Providing methods of thinking for professionals and government committed to reform of senior citizen welfare.
