摘要

中國傳統醫學中，最具有科學性，最容易傳承，也最應該傳承的部分，是經方。究其原因，其一、經方療效不容否定。其二、經方的療效最容易重複。但現在臨床醫師卻常常忽略經方的應用及療效，甚至摒棄經方。用經方須熟悉藥證方證，最好應有專門傳授，並加上細心體會，其經驗性及實踐性極強，若僅懂一些所謂功效方義，往往貌和神離，難以有確切療效。所以讓大家瞭解經方，運用經方，是振興中醫的當務之急。我因此就經方應用的幾個層面: 一、方證，二、藥證， 三、方根，四、用量，五、原方與加減，六、劑型，七、療效的判定 來分析經方在臨床的應用訣竅，希望能為各位醫師提供不同的見解分享。

In traditional Chinese medicine, classic formulas are the most scientific and the easiest to pass on. The reasons are as follows: First, the effectiveness of classic formulas is prominent. Second, the effectiveness of classic formulas is the easiest to repeat. However, doctors nowadays often neglect the application and effectiveness of classic formulas, and even abandon classic formulas. When applying classic formulas, it is best to have specific education with experience. If one only knows so-called function of the formula, the effectiveness will be compromised. Therefore, it is important to make everyone understand and apply classic formulas to promote Chinese medicine. I divide the application of classic formulas in to the following stages to analyze the tips of applying classic formulas in clinical practice: 1. Syndromes based on formulas; 2. Syndromes based on herbs; 3. The root of the formula; 5. Original formula and modification; 6. Dosage; 7. Effectiveness. Hope to provide different opinions and to share with every doctors.
