室內設計情境塑造需求管理研究 -以住宅為例-

摘要


住宅室內設計的專業價值,是依循業主的需求來塑造未來空間裡生活的情境,不論使用者之生活經驗、價值觀、品味及性格及其特有之文化背景如何?一般都存在著強烈的主觀意識,且在需求室內設計服務時,會要求參與設計或強烈表達個人認知的常態行為。當室內設計專業工作者遇到這類設計案例時,會全力以赴,但究竟雙方應如何看待這一有趣的高端智慧交集,並如何互動運作,對室內設計工作者而言,擄獲雙方心中最終的信賴與友情是一門專業技術也是運作藝術,換言之,此等「情境塑造需求管理」之專業技術既為室內設計運作實務。 研究的方法是以「情境塑造需求管理」的面向來探討運作的步驟、工具、程序、及專業技術。以內容分析法掌握與彙整研究主軸,包括探討「情境塑造」、「需求管理」、「檢核表」等理論說法做為研究基礎,整理與彙整後初擬「需求管理達成目標」、「需求管理運作步驟」、「情境塑造定義程序」、「氣氛美感轉化步驟」、「情境塑造需求管理工具檢核表」等核心議題,再以焦點團體法與啟發式評估法,定義編制與確立,繼完成「情境塑造需求管理與檢核表整合與運作」,最後以實際案例操作說明之。「情境塑造需求管理運作步驟」包括了: 一、「溝通機制建立」的專業技術;「需求管理運作步驟」、「需求管理達成目標」。二、「設計資訊蒐集」的專業技術;「情境課題」、「檢核表運作」。 三、「運作步驟」的專業技術;「氣氛形成」及「感受作用」、「氣氛美感轉化之 步驟」、「情境塑造之定義程序」、「情境塑造目標推敲」、「需求管理目標推 敲」。 據此可供國內室內設計業與學術機構,拓展室內設計專業技術及未來研究之參考。

Residential interior design’s professional value is providing future life’s picture to owner base on their needs. Regardless of owner's life experiences, values, unique taste and cultural background. Generally, owners have their strong subjective opinion. They will express their ideas, and asked to design together. Interior design professionals will devote every effort when they encounter design case, but how to work with the owner and how to treat intellectual agitate successfully will be a big challenge. For the interior design professionals, to win owners’ trust and friendship is a professional technical and operational art. Essentially “situational creation demand management” expertise is operating practice of Interior Design. Methods of the study is using "circumstances modeling demand management" angle to explore operational steps, tools, programs, and expertise. Using content analysis, grasp and consolidate research topics, to be foundation for research, including "situation creation", "demand management", "Checklist" theories and claims, After sorting out and consolidation early "demand management achieve goals" and "demand management operational procedures", "situation shaping defines procedure", "atmosphere beauty and transformation steps," "situational creation requirements management tool checklist ". Then use focus group method and elicitation method, define the preparation and establishment, following the complete "situation modeling demand management operational checklist" and finally using actual cases to practice. "Circumstances molding demand management steps" include: 1. The "communication mechanism creation" expertise; " Demand management operational procedures "," demand management purpose ". 2. The "design information collection" expertise; "Situational issues "and" operation Checklist ". 3. The "operational steps" expertise; " atmosphere forming "," feeling effective"," atmosphere of aesthetic transformation steps "," the definition of situation modeling procedure"," the criticism of modeling procedure purpose” and " the criticism of demand management ". According this research, domestic interior design industry and academic institutions can explore the interior design professional and reference of future research.
