影響衛生用品製造業品質管理推動之關鍵因素 --以U公司為例

摘要


本研究的目的在於探討台灣衛生用品製造業推行品質管理的狀況。研究方法是採用五個品質管理的構面來評比企業在這五個構面中的品管實務之重要程度和執行程度。這五個品質管理的構面是產品品質、流程品質、系統品質、全面品質和經營品質。 針對衛生用品(嬰兒紙尿褲、衛生棉、成人尿褲等)製造業U公司之生產本部專家群(製造部、生產統括部、廠安室等部門之課級以上主轉) 使用問卷調查的方式來進行了解在五個階段之品質管理實務之重要度與實施程度,共發出10份問卷,回收問卷有10份,有效回收率1OO%,並分析各項因素的權重值,以了解不同群體在評估層面或評估準則的重要度及其同異之處。 本研究透過德爾菲法訪談生產部門課級以上主管,並建構出適用於衛生用品製造業之研究架構,研究結果顯示認為影響品質管理推動的關鍵活動為「現場3S」、「原物料品質檢驗」及「設備日常與定期保養」、「消除浪費」、「製程能力分析」,這也使個案公司能正視「產品品質階段」、「流程品質階段」、「系統品質階段」所帶來的影響,對公司甚至相關企業未來的發展都有相當正面的意義。本研究就此提出改善策略,包含推動3S改善活動與消除浪費的改善、妥善規劃設備日常與定期保養之PDCA計畫,以及提升製程能力的管理機制等。

The purpose of this study is to explore the situation of quality management in Taiwan's hygienic products manufacturing industry. The research method is to use five quality management of the faculty to evaluate the importance of the quality of the enterprises in the five facets of the practice and the degree of implementation. The five quality management of the facestock is the product quality, process quality, system quality, overall quality and business quality. For the health products (baby diaper, sanitary napkins, adult diaper, etc.) manufacturing U company's production headquarters of the expert group (manufacturing department, production department, plant safety department and other departments of the class above the main turn) to use the questionnaire to carry out the way To understand the importance and implementation of the quality management practice in the five stages, 10 questionnaires were sent, 10 were collected and the effective recovery rate was 100%. The weight value of each factor was analyzed to understand the different groups at the evaluation level Or the importance of the assessment criteria and their similarities and differences. In this study, we interviewed the above-mentioned supervisors of the production department and discussed the research structure of the hygienic products manufacturing industry through the Delphi method. The results show that the key activities that affect the quality management are "Site 3S", "Quality Inspection of Raw Materials" And "the daily and regular maintenance of equipment", "elimination of waste" and "process capability analysis". This will also enable the case companies to face the impact of the "product quality stage", "process quality stage" and "system quality stage" The company and even related to the future development of enterprises have a very positive significance. This study proposes improvement strategies that include improvements in 3S improvement activities and elimination of waste, proper planning of PDCA programs for routine and regular maintenance of equipment, and management mechanisms to enhance process capability.
