TQM as an effective management tool is prevailing in industries over 25 years. After so many years application by numerous managers there will be some changes that is valuable to know. By this intention, the author try to renew its definition as well as provide a Implementation of Strategies for TQM including: Cultivate TQM culture, Focus on customer, System approach, Process approach, Teamwork, Set up TQM committee...etc., Finally, the author draw a conclusion that is ”TQM will never be fad away, but can be abundant its content by new ideas, new technology, as well as new tool's application.
