近年來因網際網路的興起與普及,縮短了供應商與顧客間的距離,也改變了原有的作業流程,企業為了維持競爭優勢,必須隨時能夠依環境的變動而有所調整,因此有越來越多的企業紛紛使用企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planning , ERP)系統來因應,在國內各產業中高科技產業可以說是成長最快速也最能夠接受新科技的產業,因此本研究針對台灣高科技產業之員工與主管為研究對象,來探討轉換型領導、組織文化與全面品質管理對企業資源規畫導入成效之影響。 本研究引用及參考轉換型領導、組織文化、全面品質管理與ERP導入等變數量表。本研究共發放500份問卷,採取隨機抽樣方式,回收有效問卷為170份,回收率為34%,再採取複迴歸分析、Pearson相關與線性結構方程模式等統計方法驗證本研究假設與理論模式之配適程度。經實證分析結果顯示:1.轉換型領導對於組織文化有顯著正向相關;2.轉換型領導與組織文化對全面品質管理及轉換型領導與組織文化對企業資源規劃導入成效均有顯著正向相關,均能產生正向影響;3.轉換型領導與組織文化會因全面品質管理之中介作用對企業資源規劃導入成效產生正向顯著影響。 最後就本研究之結論與管理意涵做深入探討,並呈現具體之研究貢獻與建議,供企業界與學術界參酌。
In recent year, the widespread use of internet shortens the distance between the suppliers and customers and also changed the original processes. In order to maintain competitive advantage and adjust any time according to the changes in the environment, so more and more companies are using ERP systems .High –technology industry is the fastest growing and able to accept to new technology in the domestic industry. Therefore, the researchers choose for high-technology industry in Taiwan,and to explore the effects of different constructs on the effectiveness of Enterprise resource planning . In this study and reference adopted transformational leadership, organizational culture, total quality management and enterprise resource planning such as scale and there were 170 effective questionnaires returned among 500 questionnaires distributed. The usable returned rate was 34%. The data were analyzed by regression analysis, Person correlation and linear structural equation modeling and other statistical methods, the purpose was to verify the theoretical mode assumptions and the degree of fit. The results of this study indicate as the followings: a) There are significant correlation between transformational leadership and organizational culture; b) There were significant positive relationship and can have positive effects on two parts: transformational leadership and organizational culture on total quality management and transformational leadership and organizational culture on enterprise resource planning; c) total quality management be the intermediary role of transformational leadership and organizational culture to enterprise resource planning ,and have a significant positive effect. Finally, this study do in-depth study according to the conclusion and managerial implications, and present research contributions and recommendations for business and academia reference.
