摘要


ERP與CRM系統的整合,除了可以把CRM系統的相關客戶資料匯入ERP,避免重複輸入的作業以外,更重要的是,隸屬於CRM系統的售後服務,往往有許多資訊必須靠ERP系統提供,進而使得ERP與CRM之間的緊密度提高。舉例來說,汽車的售後服務,如果還在保固期間,相關的零件用料就必須透過ERP系統掌握庫存情況。

The Integration of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) can import the customer data of CRM to ERP and decrease the repeated work of data-input. More importantly, the after service of CRM is usually supplied with ERP, so that the ERP and CRM are related more closely. For example, once a car is still valid in warranty, it could be managed by ERP to prepare the related components in stock.
