隨著世界經濟成長、資訊傳播與科技進步,人力資本成為經濟發展的重要因素,有著國際經驗的人力資源對個體或是組織,都成為企業重要的資源,而在台灣的外籍學生若畢業後加入外商公司或跨國企業,也將為台灣企業國際競爭力帶來經濟成長。 本研究以在台灣就讀且具備正式學籍的外籍學生為研究對象,資料蒐集方式採問卷發放,研究問卷為中文與英文兩種版本供外籍學生選擇較為熟悉之語言,為避免同源偏誤,將問卷分成兩階段發放,兩階段中間間隔約一個月,第一階段回收197份問卷,無效問卷41份,有效問卷為156份,第二階段回收158份問卷,無效問卷56份,有效問卷102份,總計有效問卷為102份。 實證結果發現,外向性人格特質對於外籍學生的海外適應程度具有影響力;社會支持之老師支持及同學支持對於外籍學生海外適應程度有正向影響;海外適應程度會對在台工作意願產生正向影響;台灣的勞動力市場會對在台工作意願產生正向影響。最後,期望透過本論文得出的研究結果,能對目前找尋外籍學生的教育機構及外籍勞動者的企業有相關幫助,並能提供做為其在找尋外籍學生時作為參考。
Along with world economic growth, information dissemination and technological progress, human capital has been important factor in economic development. International human resources are important for individuals and organizations. While foreign students in Taiwan join local and multinational enterprises after graduating, will accelerate international competitiveness of economic growth in Taiwan Enterprises. This study is aimed at foreign students who have enrolled in Taiwan colleges and study for formal college degrees. The data is collected by questionnaires with two languages. There are Chinese version and English version. In order to avoid common variance bias, the questionnaire is divided into two parts. Two questionnaires are investigating about one month apart. There are 197 questionnaires were collected in the first stage, and 41 are invalid, the other 156 are valid. Second part was 158 questionnaires for total collected, 56 questionnaires are invalid, and 102 valid questionnaires. Thus, effective questionnaire is 102. The result shows that extraversion personality traits have a positive influence on overseas adaptability of foreign students. Gaining social supports from professors and peer members are helpful for foreign students’ overseas adaptability. The study also presents that, the better overseas adaptability will be more willingness to stay and work in Taiwan. Finally, the results can provide reference for enterprises which are seeking foreign students and the foreigners who is willing to work in Taiwan.
