精實六標準差應用於製程改善之研究－以行車記錄器產業為例

摘要

本研究以行車記錄器產業為例，應用精實六標準差D2MAIC模式進行個案研究，透過個案實際驗證，證實其可行性。應用結果證實，顧客抱怨件數自7.08件降低至1.33件，換貨成本自85,000 NT降低至8,500NT，工時自560秒降低至365秒，證明此研究模式可行性與實用性是具有一定的水準，可供行車記錄器產業之製程改善活動使用。

This research selected an Event Data Recorder Industry manufacturing as the territory of case study on applying Lean Six Sigma D2MAIC model and trying to use a case to verify this model. The result show up the customer complain had increased from 7.08 times to 1.33 times, the cost of return product decreased from 85,000 NT to 8,500 NT, the labor hour reduced from 560 second to 365 second. The unanimously recognition of experts proves that the effectiveness and practicability of the model can be implemented effectively in process improvement of Event Data Recorder Industry.
