本研究旨在探討我國國小教師專業角色知覺與教師進階態度的現況,並分析不同背景變項之差異、相關及預測情形。本研究以我國臺灣地區國小教師為研究母群,分層抽取臺灣地區(包含五個直轄市、十五個縣市)124所學校,1461位教師為研究樣本,以教師專業角色知覺問卷與教師進階態度問卷為研究工具實施調查研究。問卷共回收1392份,有效問卷1298份,有效率為為88.84%。問卷回收後分別以描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關以及多元迴歸進行資料分析。歸納本研究結果如下: 一、國小教師專業角色知覺與教師進階態度均屬中上程度。 二、國民小學教師之專業角色知覺會因性別、教學年資、擔任職務、學校地區與是否為教師會成員的不同而有所差異。 三、國民小學教師之教師進階制態度因性別、教學年資、擔任職務、學校地區、學校類型、學校規模與是否為教師會成員而有所差異。 四、教師專業角色知覺程度不同的國小教師,對教師進階制的態度有顯著差異。 五、教師專業角色知覺與教師進階制態度有正相關。 六、國小教師專業角色知覺對教師進階態度有顯著預測性,其中以「專業組織」最具預測性。 根據以上所得之結果,本研究提出對教育行政機關、學校、教師及未來研究之建議。
The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation of primary school teachers’ professional role perception and career ladder attitude, and most importantly, the relation between them in Taiwan.The methodology of this study is mainly a questionnaire survey. The questionnaire is constructed by two subscales: teacher’s professional role perception and teacher’s career ladder attitude.The questionnaires were sent to 1,461 teachers and there were totally 1,298 questionnaires collected.The valid respondent rate is 88.8%. These responses are analyzed through t-test, oneway-ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. The major findings are as the following: (1) Primary school teachers’ perception of professional role and the acceptability of career ladder attitude both reach above middle degree. (2) There are significant differences in teachers’ professional role perception in terms of genders, serving years ,duties ,school positions and member of teacher association . (3) There are significant differences in teachers’ attitude toward teacher career ladder in terms of genders, serving years ,duties ,school positions ,school types , school scales and member of teacher association . (4) There are significant differences in teachers’ perceptions of professional role , significant differences in the attitude of the teacher's career ladder. (5) There are positive correlations between teachers’ professional role perception and attitude toward teacher career ladder. (6) Among all the aspects of professional role perception, “professional organization” can predict teachers’ attitude most significantly toward teacher career ladder. Finally, according to the findings above, some suggestions are given to the educational administrations, schools, teachers and the future research.
