社交學習網站2.0對VB程式設計課程學習成效影響之研究—以桃園縣某高中資料處理科為例

A Study on the Effect of Learning Outcome of VB Programming Course by Social Learning System 2.0 – An Example of the Department of Data Processing at a Senior High School in Taoyuan County

摘要


本研究旨在探討基於社交學習2.0理念之社交學習網站2.0運用於高中資料處理科專業科目課程,以觀察學生成績進步和學習歷程進行學習成果分析,探討社交學習網站2.0是否對於學生有正面之影響。本研究先整理出社交學習2.0和教學相關知識及理論,說明社交學習2.0的基本架構;接著以準實驗設計方法,利用具有社交學習基礎之社交學習網站2.0進行為期六個星期之教學和實驗,實驗完成後整理出學生的學習資料做不同的分析,藉以比較有使用社交學習網站2.0和傳統學習教學的不同;再以訪談和進行使用社交學習網站2.0調查其滿意度,以了解到實驗組的學習感受。本研究發現: 1. 使用社交學習網站2.0對學習成效是有正面的影響。 2. 影響學習成效的系統功能由高到底為:即時交談、搜尋引擎、推到Facebook、資源表、社交書籤、影片分享、論壇(Pluk)、視訊會議、部落格、Wiki、電子白板、視頻記錄、標籤列表,顯示利用社交軟體擴大學習者增加即時交談的溝通機會對於學習成效的影響最為相關。 3. 社交學習網站2.0系統的使用滿意度,各構面的平均數介於2.52到2.59之間,整體的滿意度由高到低排序為集體、網路和群組,對整體來說社交學習網站2.0系統所設計的群組、網路、集體這三個功能方面,讓學習者感到不是很滿意。

This study would like to discuss how Social Learning Network 2.0, which based on the concept of social learning 2.0, could apply on the specialized subjects of senior high school departments of Data Processing. To explore whether Social Learning Network 2.0 benefits students or not, this study analyzed the learning results by observing students’ advancement on grades and process in leaning. First, this study organized ideas and theories about social learning 2.0 in order to explain its basic structure. Then, designed a semi-experimental approach, adopting Social Learning Network 2.0 which contained the essence of social learning to practice an instructional experiment for six weeks. After the experiment, classified students’ learning data and analyzed the data individually to discover the difference between instructions within and without Social Learning Network 2.0. Finally, interviewed the students and using Social Learning Network 2.0 to examine their satisfaction, for knowing the learning experiences of the instructed students.In conclusion, this study got several results as below: 1. Adopting the Social Learning Network 2.0 for studying definitely benefits students. 2. The system functions affect the learning efficiency from most to least are instant messaging, searching engine, share to Facebook, source list, social bookmarks, video sharing, forum(Pluk), NetMeeting, blog, Wikipedia, digital white board, video records and tag list. The result shows that adopting social software to increase learners’ opportunity to use instant messenger can affect the learning efficiency most. 3. As for the satisfaction of Social Learning Network 2.0, the average of each aspect is between 2.52 and 2.59. Satisfactions of the whole from high to low are community, network and group. Generally speaking, learners get little satisfaction from the three designed functions of group, network and community by Social Learning Network 2.0.
