以灰色關聯分析法分析台灣TFT-LCD產業之競爭策略
Using Grey Relation Analysis in Competitive Strategies on TFT-LCD Industry in Taiwan
摘要
TFT-LCD是全球最重要的顯示器產業，應用層面包含手機、NB、電視、車用螢幕、數位相機與各類型顯示設備，液晶顯示技術已經進入我們的日常生活中，並且持續的提升技術與功能性。目前具有產能與技術領導優勢的企業集中在亞洲，其中台灣與韓國更是全球生產規模最大的前兩名，當然競爭激烈的程度如楚漢相爭，是既合作又競爭的狀態。日本則專注於原物料的研究與生產設備的開發。提到後起之秀，則必須考慮擁有廣大消費市場的大陸，低廉的人力成本讓大陸的企業具備生產成本優勢，加上大陸政策支持TFT-LCD成為國家重點發展產業，所以大陸企業也將在全球的TFT-LCD市場建立舉足輕重的地位。 各國企業在發展過程與優勢資源不同的條件下，選擇合適的競爭策略與強化企業核心能力，將成為整體競爭力與獲利能力的關鍵影響力。在金融海嘯之後，TFT-LCD的消費市場也有所變化，此時面臨的危機也可能是另一個轉機，各國的企業應該在此時期採取更為突破與全面性的競爭策略，以建立更具優勢的領導地位。 本研究採用灰色理論中的灰色關聯分析法，經由企業核心能力的重要性與競爭策略相關性之權重，運用灰關聯度的分析以求得競爭策略的排序，同時建立最佳競爭策略之關鍵企業核心能力排序。灰色理論在電子、航太、自動化、工業工程、企業管理等都有許多的研究成果報告，並且持續的發展與成長中，而灰關聯度是灰色理論中應用相當廣泛的研究方法，期許本研究能對灰理論在TFT-LCD領域的發展上有所貢獻，並能實際應用於企業的經營管理，提供企業決策之參考依據。

TFT-LCD is most important application about monitor industry, such as mobile phone, notebook, TV, car monitor and camera monitor. We can say that TFT-LCD is around our world. Asia is the leader producer area in the world, include Taiwan、 Korea、 Japan and China. Taiwan and Korea are the top two countries that produce the TFT-LCD products. Strongly competition makes the two countries on edge. Then Japan put more effort on developing materials and equipments. China own large market in TFT-LCD and also have low cost production advantageous. So it will become more effective country in the world. Because of the different resources about those countries, choosing the right strategies are important about competition advantage and gross profit. After the financial tsunami, there will be a lot of change about human consumption habits. It’s really a good opportunity to create more advantage. All countries will bring up more positive strategies to become the leader in the industry. The research use Grey Relational Analysis method in grey system to calculate the priority about the Core Competence and Competitive Strategies. Grey System has common applied in different academic researches, and the applied range increase rapidly. Grey Relational Analysis is most important theory in Grey System. This research could provide the business to select the right strategies and contribute to the grey system application in the TFT-LCD research.
