校園永續規劃 ─以系統生態學做為水資源與其環境教育之設計工具

摘要


水資源作為生命的起源,生活與自然生態環境皆受其所影響,在校園的自然教育中,乃是重要的教學材料。並且校園的實質空間也與水資源的運用有著密切的關聯,如果能妥善安排運用水資源,將能使校園環境更加地貼近永續校園理念。然而在現今的校園規劃上,常將水資源議題進行單一化的探討,將其分為水資源管理、教育互動模式與水資源設計等議題,鮮少處理其之間的關聯性。本文透過設計一套能夠作為水資源規劃設計思考的工具,期望能清楚有效的整合各層面的議題,協助設計者針對校園內相關水資源之場所與設施得以系統性的思考與檢索。為了使設計之工具能有效的探討校園水資源議題,故在工具的建構範圍上,分別從永續發展、永續校園、綠建築三個層級歸納與水資源相關聯之議題,進而界定工具的探討涵蓋範圍。而為了能有效的將校園水資源系統工具化,本文透過轉化與校園水資源系統雷同之系統生態學的思維,將現有之生態系統模型進行類推,以符合校園水資源環教系統之需求。並且從永續發展的角度進行思考,以設計之水資源環教系統模型進行理想化的永續模型建構,以作為未來探討校園現況水系統狀態的重要參考。本文接著透過中原大學信實宿舍作為系統工具檢驗之基地,透過最為貼近生活使用之校園建築類型來檢視其水資源系統的運用與教育機能的使用,並透過與理想模型之對比,來改造其現況水系統,使信實宿舍之水資源教育系統能更加符合永續發展的理念與環境教育的需求。而後,以改良之信實宿舍水資源教育系統作為規劃設計之思考工具,並考量實質環境的空間性質,進行信實宿舍水資源教育系統的實質空間規劃。透過實質空間的規劃建議,進而使信實宿舍其水資源硬體空間得以與校園的環境教育結合,能更有效的運用水資源並使環境教育的教學效益提升。透過永續校園水資源環教系統模型工具的建構,在未來校園水資源系統的規劃上,設計業者得以透過系統化的思考來作為規劃設計的參考依據。使校園中,軟硬體的使用與維護得以同步進行,並且在整體規劃上,能朝著永續發展的目標前進,達成永續水資源與其環境教育推廣的目的。

As the origin of life, water affected life and the natural environment. It is an important teaching material in campus’ nature education. Furthermore, campus space is closely linked with the water use. If we can use the water resources properly, the campus will more close to the concept of sustainable campus. However, on today's campus planning, we split the water issue into several topics, like water management, water design, education interactive…etc. We seldom deal with the connection between them. This article tried to integrate those topics clearly and effectively by design a tool which can help the designer to think systemly during campus water resources planning. To make the tool more effective, this article defined the scope by filtered sustainable development, sustainable campus and green building, three levels of sustainable issue which sub topics are related to water resources. To instrumentalize the campus water system, this article converted the thinking of system ecology which is similar to water resources systems, bring the ecology system model into line with the demand of the design tool. And to think from the perspective of sustainable development, Build the idealized sustainable model by the designed tool, make it become an important reference during the condition of campus water resources. This article continuously test the designed tool by building the model of a reality dormitory Base in CYCU, and then compared it with the ideal model to reform the current water systems, make it more in line with the demand of sustainable development and environmental education. Then consider physical environment’s spatial properties, use the reformed system as a thinking tool to do a planning suggestion, and then let the dormitory hardware devices can combine with environmental education. Furthermore, it will also let the water usage and environmental education’s teaching benefits more effective. By building the design tool for water resources and its environmental education, designer can plan the water system by systematic thinking. So that the campus water resources systems can become more and more sustainable and educable in the future.
