本研究鑑於LED藍寶石產業的現況,因應韓國與中國政府皆投入大量資金扶植LED上游相關產業,後續預期市場價格將會面臨快速下跌。TXC更需嚴謹規劃藍寶石產業的開發規劃,讓開發過程效率最大化,避免產生過多的內外部失敗成本,因此將應用汽車產業在新產品開發時所使用的先期產品品質規劃(Advanced Product Quality Planning, APQP),以TXC 藍寶石產業開發新產品為例,過往從開發至客戶新料號承認所需時程約16個月,透過本研究所建構之流程定義出APQP流程中藍寶石事業所適用的細部工作項目,將其模組化,以利公司後續先產品開發能應用,並確保新產品開發的時效與品質,讓整體從開發至成為客戶新料號承認時程縮短為6個月,效率提升約62% ,證實可有效供此產業導入應用。
In this study, in view of the current situation LED sapphire industry, in response to South Korean and Chinese government are invested heavily in construction-related industries upstream LED, it is expected to be faced with the rapid decline in market prices. TXC is even more rigorous planning sapphire industry development plan, let maximize the efficiency of the development process, to avoid excessive internal and external failure costs. Therefore apply Advanced Product Quality Planning automotive industry in new product development using the (Advanced Product Quality Planning, APQP).In the past from the development of new materials to the customer needed about 16 months away, to construction of this study by the APQP process definition, the overall new product development duration shortened to 6 months, it upgrade efficiency of 62%.It was proven to be effective for this industry to import APQP.
