如何成功地開發一個新產品是現今許多企業非常關心的問題，特別是在電子製造業中。電子製造業在高科技產業中佔有很重要之地位及產值，持續開發新產品則是電子製造業在競爭環境中不可或缺的利器，因此研發工作團隊所表現出來的績效往往就是企業能否勝出的關鍵，而企業是否能以有效的新產品開發方式以及管理方式來進行新產品開發流程的控管則成為關鍵的成功因素。在技術以及顧客需求快速變動的壓力下，企業需要以更短的時間，更低的成本推出品質更好的新產品，並使得此項新產品，提高市場佔有率，企業帶來更多的利潤，因此新產品的的開發方式已由序列式開發轉為同步工程開發方式。本研究提出了新產品開發流程之績效指標建立與評估的模式，結合了新產品開發流程以及近來新興的DFX新產品開發方法，並且加入同步工程的觀念，透過此管理模式能夠使新產品開發管理變得更為簡單，也能提高新產品開發的成功率。本研究之目的有三：1.整理適合出電子製造業之新產品開發流程以及工作項目；2.建構整合DFX與新產品開發流程管理架構；3.決定電子製造業新產品開發流程之重要績效指標藉由本研究所提出之新產品開發流程之績效指標建立與評估的模式，及重要重要績效指標，企業界可作為在進行新產品開發工作時的參考依據，達到有效的控管、縮短開發時程的目的。

Abstract
How to succeed in developing a new product becomes an important topic in many industries now, especially for electronic manufacturing industry. The electronic manufacturing industry takes an important role in the Hi-Tec industry, and the ability of developing new products is indispensable for electronic manufacturing industry to exist in this competitive environment. Therefore, the researching and developing group takes a very important role in the electronic manufacturing, and its performance represent the key point of whether the business would succeed. Whether an enterprise would control and manage the process successfully in developing new productions in more effective way becomes the noticeable topic. The developing method in new productions has transferred from sequential process into concurrent processes. Besides, under the pressure of fast changing from technology and customers’ demand, the enterprise needs to create better products in shorter time and cheaper cost. In this way, the enterprise can get more profit and improve the occupation rate of market from developing this new production. This study offers the method combining the process in developing new productions and the newly DFX method. Besides, we consider the concurrent processes and bring up the DFX concurrent processes. We hope this management framework can simplify the procedure in developing new productions and improve the rate of succeeding in developing new productions. There are three purposes in this study：the first is to find out the suitable procedures and items in developing new product develop ; the second is to construct the management framewrok integrating DFX and new product development process; the third is to decide the key performance index from the procedure of developing new productions in electronic manufacturing industry. We hope this the management framewrok integrating DFX and new product development process and the key performance indice can be used in controlling and developing new productions for electronic manufacturing industry.
