本研究鑑於手機代工業的現況,發現許多企業為了追求速度,在新產品開發的過程中忽視了品質的根本問題,在還沒有完善的設計前,就投入產線生產,因而造成過多的內外部失敗成本,應驗了「欲速則不達」這句名言,因此本研究應用汽車產業在新產品開發時所使用的先期產品品質規劃(Advanced Product Quality Planning, APQP),藉由此嚴謹的規劃對手機產業特性做調整,建構出一套手機代工業適用的APQP新產品開發流程,同時定義出細部的工作項目並加上設計六標準差(Design for Six Sigma, DFSS)的概念在其中,希望能更貼近實務,以利企業導入應用。
“Speed” is all of the businesses’ major care in recent decades. In order to achieve the target many mobile phone construct manufactures bring the quality issue at the same time in new product development. The manufacturers made many internal failure cost and external failure cost because of they always manufactured the new product before the robust design or the workable design. In order to solved this problem. This research proposed to construct the new product development base on APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) to be suitable for use for mobile phone construct manufacturing industry.
